This doctor was not effective in helping me manage my thyroid disorder and my osteoporosis. Additionally, she seemed like she truly disliked being a doctor and was put off when I asked questions about my condition. She was very dismissive of my concerns and also tried to get me to take a medication that another doctor told me not to take.

Awful!
I do not trust this doctor's education or abilities. She is condescending and dismissive. She said I didn't need to be here because I don't have diabetes, and scolded me for coming, saying people are waiting six months for an appointment and that basically, I am wasting her time. I've been a patient of this practice for 4 years and my previous doctor was wonderful but he is no longer here. I thought I would give Dr. Natsag a try. Never again! Basically, she told me I am just fat and that I need to eat more fiber. She never asked about my family history (yes, we have metabolic issues) and didn't bother looking at my notes. Stay away unless you want to leave in tears.

Dr Natsag doesn’t care about you
It was horrible. She glanced at the previous doctors notes and asked me why I was getting some of the lab work done that the previous doctor ordered. She told me that there was basically nothing wrong with me. That’s off because the MRI showed that I had an enlarged thyroid which caused alarm with Dr Ni. Dr Natsag is the RUDEST and most condescending doctor I have ever met!! Stay away from her at all cost.

DR. Natsag is one of the most attentive doctors I have ever been to. She is thorough and responds to all my questions immediately. Other doctors take several days or more to respond. She explains everything in easy to understand terms. Unlike many doctors, she take whatever time needs to be taken.

If you want a robot who is only interested in talking about lab values and not what you are experiencing physically after thyroid cancer then this is your doctor. Welcome to our healthcare system.

I find this physician to be thorough, detailed, and focused on the system she is treating. She is no nonsense yet nice. She provides information in a way that is understandable and not jargon -like (as some specialists do). She is a professional with an MD and a PhD - she however, does not carry herself with arrogance or haughtiness. She makes dealing with thyroid issues less scary. I appreciate her dedication and thoroughness to managing my disease in a way that makes me feel better / hopeful.

Dr Natsag is an attentive practitioner. She asks the right questions and listens to my answers. Her directions were clear and I felt very comfortable with her. I have just moved to this area. I'm happy to have Dr Natsag on my team!

Very poor experience! Very quickly scanned over my ultrasound results and scoffed when I presented the nuclear med test results that my PCP recommended I get and take to her. She stated I didn't need to have any further biopsies of my thyroid nodules which my new and current endo suggested I get immediately! There's more, but I don't want to waste anymore time with this physician, you shouldn't either!

She spends time and explains things in detail. I have Diabetes and transferred from the Joslin Center in Lanham to Dr. Natsag. She has worked in detail trying to help control my Diabetes. She is very to the point.

I came to this doctor b/c I'm thyroid medication for the past two years but I'm experiencing pain and gaining unexplained weight. I explain I complete 30-45 mins of cardio. I explained my history and provided all my test results for my underactive thyroid. She viewed everything and simply dismiss the results. She conducted an exam and told me the fat around my neck is too much and she could not feel anything. I do not dismiss the practice I just do not want to deal with this doctor anymore.

Painful experience in Baltimore, MD – Oct 21, 2016

I have an extensive family history of thyroid disorder. As a marathoner and multi-sport athlete I know my body- and when something is wrong. I recognized the symptoms of hypothyroid disorder on-set. My blood work was on the high end of “normal” so, Dr. Natsag suggested I go to Weight Watchers to lose weight! If you are experiencing early symptoms, I suggest you request to see a doctor with more experience. Dr. Natsag clearly has not studied beyond surface symptoms for thyroid disorder.
