Problem with irritation and redness in both eyes
He examined them thoroughly and determined they had differentCauses and treated them accordingly.He was very gentle and skillful and explained what he was doing very clearly. The problem was resolved forBoth eyes and I am very happy to haveFound such a good eye doctor.

Nothing Serious
Dr Ahmad was able to put my mind at ease the Redness in my left eye can be treated with special eye drops. Come back in 6 weeks. It took a Long time to get an appointment with HMO I needed to get authorization first and then there was a misunderstanding with the people in the office. I told him the left eye seemed to be serious they said can you come in Monday? Yes, I come in Monday, but it was scheduled for a month. Later not good news for me.

Great Cornea specialist
Dr. Ahmad has given me simple daily routines to supplement the surgery and medication. This has helped my issues enough that I have not had to have surgery on the other eye.

Good care but terrible office management
I've been going here for almost a year. It is consistently a very long waIt - 45 min to an hour, sometimes more from your appointment time til you see a doctor for 5 minutes. You can NEVER reach them by phone. And they rarely call you back. The doctors are good but the business practices of the office are very frustrating.

Thorough!
Over a year ago I experienced a very serious eye situation and was referred to this office. My previous Dr retired and I was assigned to Dr. Ahmad. I am very pleased and feel lucky to have gotten him. He is patient, thorough--looked at all aspects of my eye, and takes time to answer whatever questions and concerns I had, which is very important for the eye issue I have. I don't feel rushed. He has been mostly on time with appointments, but I suspect that he is giving another patient the same care and time he gives me. He is very pleasant to deal with as are his front office staff and his nurses. Thank you to everyone. (just wish there was an office in AG or Grover--a bit closer to home)
