Horrible. A zero would be too high of a score. The office staff were talking terribly about patients and could be heard in the room. Dr. Swami was rude and unprofessional. He did not ask me anything but instead came into the room after an incredibly long wait with an attitude telling me that I’m stupid for being there. He’s right about that. Don’t worry I won’t make that mistake ever again. I will never go back to Doctor’s Care.

Dr. Swami works urgent care so please be understanding of the triage nature of the waiting area. He's worth it though, takes his time to explain things, listens to you, and I trust him with my life. Literally.

I've been going to Doctors Care for years but I will never go back again after the way I was spoken to today by Dr. Swaminathan. He was unbelievably rude and condescending. He spoke to me like I was a child and at one point he literally told me that what I was saying was "stupid".

Dr. Swaminathan is my favorite doctor ever. I wish he would leave Doctors Care and join a practice where I could see him for everything all of the time. He's extremely knowledgeable and personable and takes the time to make me comfortable about my care.

This was my very last visit to Doctor's Care. I could not believe how rude, cold and indifferent Dr. Swami has become. He was my primary provider but no longer. He is chasing the money every penny he can get and cares about nobody. I don't know what has happened to him. He has no time and can't be bothered.
