Dr. Barbakoff and his team exhibited a high level of professionalism and made me feel comfortable throughout this first visit. Suffering from shortness of breath. When inhaler failed to work he refused to assist me any further. I cancelled my follow up and made an appt with a top suffolk Dr. Who does that to a patient?
