I waited over one month for this Appointment.. as soon as I arrive before even I see a doctor. A nurse came in and asked me oh we need to take some x-rays. I told her no let me talk to the first and see why I need an x-ray? Sure enough when the doctor arrive. He did not mention anything about x-ray and the fact I had x-ray before I didn’t know why they’re asking me to get another X-Ray. Furthermore the doctor told me you need to go to see a Doctor Who specialized in neck I was like really??? I was waiting all this time and yet Suggest anything and he couldn’t tell me why ??? it was not his profession I’m so confused they asked me 200 questions and I fill up the form couple of times and I talked to a person over the phone while I’m going to see the doctor for my neck and shoulder pain . I just don’t understand. It was a wasting time not mentioning about the bill that I am receiving soon.. do your research before you go there.

Dt Butler is a wonderful Dr. really listens and very compassionate. I would highly recommend him for shoulder surgery. I had a massive tear in my shoulder and he was able to repair 2 of the 3 full tendon tears. The long head biceps tendon had retracted too far for him to be able to reattach, but after 6 months it had settled down and no longer cramps. It was a slow process of 6 months of PT but I saw him yesterday and he was very happy with my mobility and going forward I will be doing my home PT. I can’t not say thank you enough to Dr. Butler, I highly recommend him.

I started with Dr Butler a couple of years ago and recently returned. I trust his expertise and experience.

I hurt my shoulder and needed help on next steps. Dr. Bulter is very knowledgeable, has excellent communication skills and listens to my needs. I've been going to Dr. Butler for several years regarding various orthopedic needs. He is an excellent surgeon. I highly recommend him.

The clinic was amazing. Everyone from the check in Person to the final referral were very helpful and friendly. Dr Butler is easy to talk to and explains your options clearly.

I was referred to Dr. Butler by another orthopedic surgeon that has assisted my family for years, for various sports injuries, as he claimed that Dr Butler was one of the best in the area for shoulder replacements. My first visit confirmed that I was dealing with a consummate professional and that I was in good hands. The check in process was seamless and all the staff very helpful and professional. I will undoubtedly use Dr. Butler for this surgery as I feel total confidence in his ability and advice.

Dr. Butler and his team made me feel at ease and that I was in the hands of true professionals. My visits, and surgery were flawless and without any sort of complications. I highly recommend Dr. Butler if you need any work done on your knee/s.

All went well and recuperating fast. Only had pain for four days and now don't even need anything. He's very kind and knowledgeable. The whole team is very organized and professional.

Had my wife accompany me since she works in healthcare. She remarked how rushed and unfriendly the staff was. Once Dr. Butler entered the room, he preformed the perfunctory exams for shoulder pain. But when I explained that I felt there was a tear in my musculature which overlays my scapula, he dismissed that as improbable and did not physically examine my shoulder. Instead, he assumed it was pain from my neck and offered a referral to one of his colleagues. When a staff member returned to schedule an MRI, I said I wanted to go to a specific standalone MRI provider. That seemed to really put her off. That facility has yet to receive the orders for the scan. Dr Butler said he would not review the scan unless I booked another office visit. One other observation: while this doctor is affiliated with Providence Health System, they cannot see your medical records at Providence. The are using a completely separate Electronic Health Record system.

Was able to get in without delay both for my first visit and for needed surgery a week later. Dr. Butler and staff are very professional and efficient and easy to work with.

It was left reverse shoulder replacement. I’m a very active person and thanks to Dr. Butler I will continue to live that life style. I’m a Pickleball instructor and an active skier. Thanks to Dr Butler I will continue that life style.

It’s too soon for a complete update as so far it’s all talk and no surgery. Almost everyone I’ve dealt with has been great. I’ll cover more later it’s really too soon!

Everyone from the receptionist to the X-ray tech to the medical assistant was friendly, kind, and skilled. Dr. Butler has a deservedly outstanding reputation not only for his ability as a surgeon but also for his bedside manner.

Dr. Butler is wonderful: competent, professional, clear in communication. caring and supportive.

This is my second complete shoulder joint replacement (both shoulders) by Dr Butler and his team. My first replacement was 2 years ago and it was quite successful. I am 12 weeks post operation on my other shoulder and it is so far progressing even faster and better than the first one.

Needed shoulder surgery for a torn rotator cuff. Dr Butler was kind, answered my questions. I was prepared for arthroscopic Surgery experience.

Dr Butler spent adequate time reviewing my MRI and developing a treatment plan. The staff was pleasant and efficient. I am very happy with the overall experience.
