Has restored my sight a couple of times. I have been his patient for many years and will not go anywhere else. Great bedside manner.

Excellent. 5 stars. Very appreciative of the world class care he and his staff provided to my disabled mother on 5/5/2023. Impressed with the thorough 1st evaluation/intake that also included same day pre-auth's for an avastin shot saving me (i.e., caregiver) from another appointment and another day off work. Exceeded expectations.

Appointment at 1:15, left at 3:45 never saw Dr Levy! Jenny from his staff, said that first time patients should wait between two and four hours!

I do not have enough words to express gratitude for the kindness, empathy and expertise from absolutely everyone in this office... Joseph, Malakai, Leslie, Diana- and Dr. Levy- (just to name a few) WOW! We so needed the kindness, attention and expertise we received today. Many thanks to this office and their leader Dr. Jay Levy... from our whole family- 10 stars!

My experience with Dr. Levy was outstanding. The entire staff was so kind, and welcoming. I needed injections in my eye, and as scary as that sounds, I felt nothing! The doctor is so kind, and skilful. I could not be happier or more grateful. Five star treatment.

I have been coming to Dr. Levy's office for almost 5 years since I learned that I had a serious retina/macula condition. He has the Midas touch and I don't fret when I need my injections. His team is also amazing and very down to Earth. I have NEVER had an unpleasant experience.

Dr Levy is a skilled and confident surgeon. During my retinal detachment surgery, and follow through, he was always understanding and responsive to my questions and concerns. Highly recommend Dr L and his staff.

Great system moving you from station to station. Very little time sitting in the waiting room.

Very experienced. Gives always advise. When he does the injaction into the eye you do not feel anything. Perfect!

It was a long morning of testing but provider was consoling at the end that i will not have an emergent surgery.

No respect for patients time, spend 2 hours in the office, while have appointment for last two visits. Office not organized.

This place is an eye-opening facility, professional and has an amazing staff. Dr. Levy is professional, with a caring environment supported by an amazing staff. Melisa the tonometry retina reader, keeps memory of everyone she meets; Leslie is a charming people-person; Desire is an appointment specialist. She has a star-power personality with a killer smile. Her expertise is finding just the right time for your working schedule; Sabrina is a smooth multi-task receptionist who can speak different languages. Joseph is a pain-killer. He is a soft-spoken gentleman, who voice relaxes you while he is numbing the pain.

Great Dr and the staff Amazing

The office waiting time was 90 minutes and lab work time was 30 minutes. Only saw Dr Levy for about 5 minutes. I’m not satisfied with time he spent with me in exam room. Dr Levy needs more staff to handle large number of patients in Coral Gables office.
