Life Changing!
Telehealth
I came into see Dr Narola very emotionally unstable and having suicidal thoughts and with talking and a simple med change and couple adjustments with plenty of talking and listening he has turned my life around. I feel very much like a different person. If you see this review and are considering therapy, DO IT! You will not regret it! I’d like to think he’s part of the reason I’ve done a 180 and feel so much better!!!

Completely Transformed My Son's Life
Telehealth
My son has depression, anxiety with psychosis. He has received treatment from Dr. Narola for about 3 months now and what the difference it has made in his life! His episodes of psychosis have completely ceased and his is sleeping throughout the night with no difficulty. He has a much more positive outlook on life and is beginning to set goals for himself and is working to achieve those goals. He is attending family and social functions now and socially interacting with others with increased ease, greater frequency. Dr. Narola takes an interest in him not only as a patient but as a person. He takes the time to engage my son in discussions about his future, encourages him and boosts his self-confidence to enable him to believe in himself and his abilities. Dr. Narola does this with complete honesty and candor. We are so thankful that he made the decision to see Dr. Narola. He and the treatment he has provided to our son has made such a priceless and immeasurable difference in his life.

Unbelievable
Keeping it short and sweet. He saved my life. I have tried to commit suicide and almost succeeded while I had nurse psychiatrist. This man is educated and knows this area and the culture. He closed my chart 3 times yet still accepted me back. I have OCD and am manic depressive. Short story he is the reason I am graduating with a bachelors in English in 2024!!!!! He is the reason I am going to be a stable dad soon and he is the reason I’m living!!!!!!!!

Dangerous
This doctor will ruin you. I had a psychotic break/nervous breakdown because of what he did with my medications. He has a big God complex and he can’t be bothered with listening to you. I saw him for around 20 years and the only reason that I stayed so long is because he told me that no one else would see me because of my issues. He even took the credit for “fixing me” once I got better thru meditation. Don’t trust him! He is manipulative!

Review
Dr. Narola is very professional and passionate about his work. He has help me improve a whole lot over the past couple of months, as I feel a whole lot better now than I did before. In addition to my anxiety, he has also helped me with kicking smoking and drinking. I’ve not drank in a few months, and while I’m only cigarette free for a few days at the time of this writing, it seems to be going much, much smoother than my previous attempts to quit. He does not cut corners, he tells you how it is, and I find this to be a great thing. He advises what I need to do, and I do it, and it’s working tremendously.

I thank God for helping us find Dr. Narola and I cannot thank Dr. Narola enough for taking my 10 year old son’s case.. My son has struggled the last 4 years with mental health issues. We were feeling pretty hopeless not knowing where to turn for the help he needed. Then we were Referred to Dr. Narola who actually listens to us and I have never had a doctor who will take time on a weekend to call and make sure his patient is doing well. I wish we had found him when my sons issues first began.. Thank you Dr. Narola for always taking time and caring for your patients and for the progress you are helping us make..

That doctor is so rude and demanding. Psychiatrists are supposed to genuinely care and listen to patients, not talk down to them. His staff has gone to crap too. That new blonde he hired to answer the phones has a real bad attitude. I'll take your advice narola about how if I don't like your behavior that I can go see another doctor and drive to Prestonsburg for my psychiatric care. Good riddance.

I am a 79-year-old military retiree and have suffered from severe depression and anxiety all my life. I had tried many different psychiatrists and antidepressants but nothing seemed to help. I had about given up. I came very close to suicide. I felt my life, especially after retirement, was worthless and I could see no purpose in living. Relationships disintegrated. My family was drifting away. My 65-year marriage with a truly remarkable woman was disintegrating. I had everything going for me. Family, retirement, health. And the most important person in my life was ready to leave. I couldn't see any of my blessings. I was wallowing in self-pity. After seeing Dr Narola, my life, after only a week, started changing. Dr Narola is a good man and a seriously good Doctor. That was 4 years ago and I can't remember having so much happiness in my life. If you're suffering, don't give up. I highly recommend this Doctor!

I have been seeing Dr Jay Narola for 5 years and he has had a huge positive impact on my life. At one point I didn't think I could go on. My problems were affecting my personal and work life. He gave me hope where I felt there was none. My wife has Dementia and when I told him about her condition and how it was affecting me he offered to try and help her also. Once again he was able to make a life changing positive affect on her life which helped both of us. We both had been to other doctors with no positive results and for what he has done for both us I cant say enough good things about this doctor. I don't feel like I would be here today if I had not found Dr Jay Narola.

Dr. Narola has give me my life back. His sessions have helped change my outlook life, its been a total 180. Dr. Narola does not push medications, especially potentially addictive ones, and will meet with you regularly any time a medication is prescribed or changed. Dr Narola had treated me years ago. When I was again at a dark place in my life my husband and I decided Dr Narola was the right person to help me. The people on here that talk about their short visits and their prescriptions obviously are not involved in their own treatment. If you are involved, Dr Narola will spend as much time as needed to talk you through everything that is bothering you that week. At the end of the session he asks if you are having any problems with his medications.

Dr. Narola has completely changed my life for the better, both mentally and physically. I feel like I now have control of my anxiety, depression, and the physical effects of stomach issues that they caused. He works closely with me to make sure my medication is correct and symptoms treated. He referred me to a wonderful counselor and support groups in the community where I can interact with other patients of his and we can share our triumphs and troubles. I can't recommend Dr. Narola enough!
