Dr. Jay Nathwani is not a good judge of diagnosis of his patients. My wife ruptured her appendix in February while in the waiting room after 8 hours at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center in West Chester, Ohio. And why she had to wait 8 hours is uncomprensible. They did a CAT scan to confirm it ruptured. But he refused to do any surgery and wanted to wait 6 months to do anything! My wife in the mean time had 3 more trips to the ER with infection symptoms one in April and 2 again in late August 2024. Finally on August 28, a different surgeon, Dr Jana Hambley realized my wife needed immediate surgery. She performed the Ileo-Caecal Resection in 4 hours to save my wife's life! I'm am deeply in debt to her as she successfully made the right decision and my wife is now home recovering today September 2nd! One day before our 41st Anniversary. She said it was critical she had this procedure immediately. Why would this other surgeon be so arrogant to not do it is beyond my understanding. So in summary, I would never recommend Dr. Jay Nathwani for anything. Sorry but that is how I feel after this chain of events.
