Dr Jay Page is absolutely the best at what he does. He's very friendly and helpful and professional. He was there for me at the very first stage of my health conditions and did surgery on me and not only did he saved my life, but he also made it possible for me to be able to create another life into this world. My family and I are very grateful and thankful and blessed to have him as my Dr. We appreciate everything that he did for us.

Dr Page canceled my appointment after it was confirmed saying he was no longer wanted to take new patients. It was an urgent matter right before Thanksgiving and now I'm going to have to suffer through pain and nausea for at least 2 more days as I try to find another specialist. Site still lists him as accepting new patients after they canceled my appointment.

Rebooks Patients then cancels over rebooking!
My husband had a vasectomy scheduled, he had to reschedule due to a work conflict. He was told that if he tried to again they would deny doing the procedure. Shortly before the new date my husband paid for the procedure, picked up the prescription, was all ready. They called and THEY rescheduled him a second time. He questioned them if they would cancel it since it was the second time, the office told him no that this was on them so it would not count "against him." Now less then a week before the new date they called, canceled and told him they won't do it since he rescheduled twice. We tried calling to explain but they insisted that they can only see that it was rescheduled twice which they don't allow and so Dr Page is refusing care. This is COMPLETELY unacceptable and unprofessional. Now we have to try and get our payment back and insure this office didn't also bill our insurance company. Avoid this Doctor at all costs.

Waste of time and money!!!
Dr Page fits into the category of if he can’t make money off you in surgery he will dismiss you and your issues. If you even get a chance to tell him. He already knows everything before he comes into the room. Typical surgeon who comes into clinic hours looking for only surgeries. Everything else is just an annoyance. I can only imagine how terrible he treats the office staff and the managers and the nurses and the hospital staff.

I think Dr. Page is a 'straight-to-the-point' doctor.  I appreciated his no nonsense tactics.  If you're a person that needs PC coddling, you probably won't understand his meaner.

I don't know what I did to Dr. Page, but we were not a good fit. Mostly due to his locations being too far from my home. But now he has blackballed me from all of the Urologist in his group Arizona Institute of Urology. Why??? I just need someone on the other side of town. Seems childish to me for this behavior.

I do not want to give Jay Page even one star. Jay Page is the worse doctor my husband & I have ever had to endure. My husband has been seeing him appropriately 1 1/2 months regarding stones. It is next to impossible to get anyone on the phone - let alone get answers. Surgery was scheduled - be at hospital 12:15 for a 2:15 procedure. At 1:00 we were told Jay Page had several small procedures he was fitting in before my husband’s. Husband is in horrible pain, in constant afib, on blood thinners. Without blood thinners for procedure my husband was at high risk. Surgery at 5:00. Jay Page treated husband as he was a part in an assembly line. A stint was put in and Jay Page told husband on Monday to pull the stint out himself. In mid 60’s we have seen several doctors. Jay Page is the worse most uncaring doctor ever. W ended up calling an ambulance at 1 am due to extreme, intolerable pain & bleeding heavily. Called his office next day & was asked what husband wanted them to do!

Dr Page has been my urologist for four years - monitoring a constantly rising PSA including a biopsy (negative) and an MRI. Dr Page recommended HOLeP. Wow! It could not have gone better - result has been a significant improvement. Appointments are easy to schedule and he was very thorough. Appointments are only complete when every question is answered. I had complete confidence in him at procedure time. Afterward, he explained the recovery and was right on. I highly recommend Dr Page.

Warren Eastwood I have found Dr. Page highly responsive, engaging for worthwhile discussion, and quite pleasant in his general demeanor. In the three times I have had appts. with him, I have left his office well informed and clear about procedures, risks, related considerations, and alternatives and possibilities for addressing my urological situations into the future. I am not surprised that scheduling an appt. with him is difficult, as other patients likely value Dr. Page's expertise, too!

Dr. Page, my husband’s doctor, is an exceptionally excellent physician, surgeon, and patient advocate. He not only informs his patients of the diagnosis, but he also takes the time to explain what medical terms mean. Dr. Page is also very skilled at robotic surgery. In addition to his professional excellence, Dr. Page demonstrates a personal involvement, beyond his office, if a need arises. He intervened with an insurance situation, as well as with a pharmacy issue. We highly recommend him!

I'm 70 years old and my PSA has been slowly increasing, eventually to 4.5. Dr Page recommended a biopsy. As a result, it showed cancer with a Gleason score of 3+4=7. He immediately referred me to an Oncologist. I suggested having a second pathology report done. He would not do so. I had to initiate the request myself. As a result, my Gleason score came back 3+3=6 and couple with other risk factors defined by the NCCN, I'm now in the very low risk group and will pursue Active Surveilance.

My main complaint is poor scheduling and poor response from the office. On appointments, they request a 15-minute early check-in, understandable on the first visit. Every subsequent visit left me waiting until 15 minutes before my hour appointment was up, then was ushered into the doctor's office with consultations never lasting more than 8 minutes, mostly general info, and sometimes reading off pamphlets. Also, office call back is abysmal. I have yet to get a call back on two previous calls.
