Dr. Springer was an amazing doctor but his support staff is a serious problem. I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer at age 25 and needed to visit this office often and I was never welcomed with a smile and often had to deal with rude support staff. I would honestly rather take the chance of not knowing I am healthy then returning to this office again. Today, I requested my medical records and was met with an absolutely rude response and attitude from the receptionist. Stay away!

I love Dr. Springer, but his staff leaves a lot to be desired! Therefore, I would probably not subject any family member or friend to his office.
