Dr. Jayant Barai, MD

Mainly my complaint is the break down in communication via telephone. I had a test done recently and was supposed to come in to get my results, but contracted Covid. Like any responsible person, I notified them and they said they’d schedule me for a telephone appointment, which I appreciated. What I did not appreciate is that said appointment time came and went, and I never received a call back. When I called the office back, they apologized and said the Dr would call before the end of the day. The next day, I called back since the Dr did NOT call, and was told they weren’t sure what time the Dr would call. Also left with the instructions to call back after 1pm if I didn’t hear from the Dr. - which I did, only to be told the Dr is busy and they would call back. When I pointed out that’s what they said yesterday but never called, I am being told that the priority is the patients in office. Why even bother with a “telephone” appointments then?
