Excellent care & advice from doctor.

This was such a horrible experience. She gaslighted me, talked over me, didn't listen to my concerns, and was attempting to leave after three minutes in the room with me as I was trying to discuss my symptoms. She gave me a useless prescription for pain and brushed off my symptoms as "anxiety". I have since had a medical emergency and determined my illness in a horrible set of events that could've been avoided had she given me the time of day. It was not anxiety.

Terrible bedside manner. Saw her at a BayCare Urgent Care Facility. She rushed in, looked inside my ears (I was there for an ear ache), pronounced that they were "full of wax!" and that someone would have to clean them out, stripped off her gloves in a flippant manner, and rushed out. When the procedure was done, she returned. Looked in my ears and asked how they felt-saying and implying that that was my problem before even looking into the problem ear. After looking into my ears she said the one was getting red-sign of infection. Again she stripped off her gloves, stood at the door and told me what she was prescribing me. She then turned and walked out. Again, horrible patient manner. Sure, she may be busy, but hey-treat your patients one at a time and treat them with the respect and kindness they deserve. Not sure who the other reviewers have seen, but it wasn't this doctor, or else she's become hardened due to now working at an Urgent Care facility.

Dr. Mahmood really listens to her patients and CARES! Since she is know longer with FLMC I AM HAVING TROUBLE FINDING A FAMILY MEDICINE DR THAT DOES EITHER ONE, LISTEN OR CARE ABOUT THE PATIENT.

I just finished having my records elsewhere after the nonsense I've faced with this place Would not recommend You'll have to go to a walk-in if something is wrong because they won't get you in for 2 weeks I waited >1 month for test results to come back- when they finally did Dr Mahmood called my EMERGENCY contact <3 days after leaving the 1st voicemail When I spoke with her there was no only lecturing & she refused to spell a procedure she recommended for me to research No respect for you

This doctor is the WORST DOCTOR I have EVER experienced. DO NOT GO TO HER. Horrible bed side manner, and spends no more than 5-10 minutes with you even if you are a NEW patient. She does not even take the time to review your medical history nor does she calm any concerns about your health. This doctor verbatim has told my family member she will lose her feet and eyesight for sure WITHOUT A DOUBT from diabetes on the FIRST VISIT without even reviewing the history. Incompetent doctor!

I love Dr. Mahmood, she is extremely thorough and intelligent. She listens and is also very down to earth, I can talk to her like a friend. I highly reccommend Dr. Mahmood.

Too quick during visits and did not listen very well. Allowed for prescriptions to be refilled for 2 years after last appointment before requesting another appointment.
