The best surgeon I have ever come across. She treated me with respect and made sure I was ok at every step. The surgery I had was more than a couple hour surgery she saved my life.

Dr Ashburn and her team misled my partner and me into thinking I was getting laparoscopic surgery. My consult was well over an hour and we reiterated key points, over and over, and not once did Dr Ashburn indicate that I was not a good candidate for laparoscopic. Imagine my shock when I found out post surgery from other doctors that my chances of receiving a laparoscopic procedure were ten percent! Anesthesiologist report backs up what we were told. Liars and worst aftercare too!

Dr. Jean Ashburn is the most wonderful person , and the Best Colorectal surgeon the Cleveland Clinic had in my opinion. She had done so many procedures on me from 2012-2016. She preformed a Perfect loop Ileostomy on me to divert from my Rectum and Anus. Long story and many EUA’s Evauations under Anesthesia, She helped me heal very large Perianal Abscess. Also the subsequenting Fustulas. Many Mushroom Catheters and cutting seton tightenings, with much pain. Her expertise, knowledge healed me

Dr. Ashburn built me a new valve for my Kock Pouch on January 8, 2016. I had immediate confidence! She trained with Cleveland Clinic's leading colon rectial surgeons - Dr. Fazio. You can't get any better than that! Dr. Fazio's valve lasted 20 years!
