POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
After seeing great reviews, I called to find a new doctor. I didn't care that it took a lil time to get someone on the phone, it's expected when a practice has good doctors. Unfortunately, I encountered Customer Svc with an attitude. This gentleman had horrible customer svc: 'THAT'S NOT WHAT I ASKED YOU!' That's rude, sir. 'THAT'S JUST THE WAY I TALK'. Can I speak to a manager or someone that doesn't speak to customers in this tone? 'YOU'LL HAVE TO CALL BACK TO GET SOMEONE ELSE. I WAS JUST TRYING TO HELP YOU OUT' Didn't get his name, sounds like a gay guy with very rude tone. Called back and - my god, the next young lady started out snappy but toned it down eventually, killed her with kindness. I was looking for a new doctor, but I can't seem to get past the customer service reps that make me feel unwelcome. Customers are what keeps businesses in business. I hope management sees this & addresses the uninviting tone of the individuals answering phones. 2/15/2024 10am-10:30am

He listens to personal request
Dr Balan allowed me choices without pushing. He was direct and gave me his professional opinions. He did his job as a physician, without making me feel powerless. Also, his team is efficient as can be. I also appreciate his confidence in his team, he oversees everything, but his team is up to par for his standards. He is not a pushy person and is extremely down to earth. I know by experience and I really appreciate him and his genuine services. Good person DR B. I would highly recommend his practice, especially if you aren’t a native of Florida. (My last DR which is popular? ) Not for me, but when I moved to Florida, I found many DRs being bullies. I travel 25 miles from winter haven to come see DR. Balan How many “DR” offices did I drive past in 25 miles? Exactly.

I am very disappointed in the office staff for refusal to release my records I paid for. I needed more immediate assistance and felt belittled and taken advantage of in my time of need.
