I felt rushed he didn't take his time to explain anything and had to schedule like 5 different appointments to keep coming back to do different tests and and try to get some of my results. Which at the end I still don't know what's wrong with me! I don't recommend this doctor at all, it was a waste of time and money. As you know every time you make an appointment you have to pay a copayment or deductible. Horrible!

Paid a $93 copay to see a specialist and walked out insulted and not helped. Have had several ear infections and because he has only seen of the 2nd one he has seen my information does not matter or exist. He stated I would have a problem if I would get an ear infection every two-three months and obviously math is not his strength. I have averaged between 2-3 month ear infections in a period of a year. He called me rude and sarcastic, denied my request of an MRI and scoffed at it.

Very professional & helped me after having years of steroid, nasal decongestants & antibiotics use. Had nasal polyps removed & Balloon Sinuplasty. Pleasant atmosphere & great bedside manner. Doing great Thanks Dr. Font!

I have been suffering from sinusitis all my life, never finding the cure..... Finally after all this time I met Dr Font . Dr Font knew exactly how to cure my sinus...... I am now without pain, breathing perfectly !!!!!!! And what can I say about the staff....YOU GIRLS ARE AWESOME !!! THANK YOU FOR TAKEN CARE OF ME !!!!! CARIDAD

Dr. Font is a poor excuse for a doctor. He is the type of medical professional who is only interested in the monetary aspect of his job and it affects the manner in which he works significantly. I wish I could go back in time, I truly regret the day I met him. Please avoid him if you care about you or your loved ones well being. I hope you consider this comment when choosing your provider I wish I would have been given this advice sooner but now it’s too late for me.

Dr. Font is a very caring and professional doctor. I was successfully treated by him in December 2017 and January, 2018. He was able to identify my problems and treat them effectively in an efficient manner. He also took the time to expain my problems. My only negative comment is that there is a significate wait time (up to one hour after the appointment time). Once in the exam room I was seen almost immediately..

If I could leave no stars I would. I waited over 2 hours for the doctor to see me for 5 minutes. Horrible staff. Very disorganized. Only exception was his nurse, who is pretty nice. No one here speaks English except the doctor. After he sees me for 5 minutes he basically says that there is nothing he can do but send me a new antibiotic. Worst of all, he is content to send me home in horrible pain even after I told him that Motrin 600 would not help my pain. Worst experience with a doctor, ever.

Worse dr office ever. the staff skid work as soon as the dr step out. They never answer the phone. They never return phone calls. I am a former patient and i needed a follow-up appointment. Not one pick up the phone to arrange that appointment. And as i was reading the reviews posted here I got the conclusion that the Dr Jean Paul Font WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS STAFF. DOES NOT CARE FOR HIS PATIENTS. And YES as the preview review is time to file a claim against him in the Doctors association.

Unfortunately this office is unprofessional. I would rather drive an additional 20 miles than go here. I have tried to make an appointment, to show up and be told that Doctor is out of the country on an emergency. No one bothered to call to inform me, Then when I asked to reschdule, I was shooed away. I called and was put on hold for ober twenty minutes. I have never been so frustrated.
