Dr. Hou has been my primary care provider for more than 17 years. She’s been the main reason I’ve stayed with KP and I would be reluctant to go anywhere else. During all these years, as I reach my golden years and face new health challenges, she offers diagnostics options and the right specialist. She is very knowledgeable and her ability to explain the complex problems in a plain English amazes me. I know she’s a very busy schedule. However, she never leaves any correspondence unanswered.

Extremely negative experiences. Terrible bedside manner and communication skills. Made eye contact maybe once or twice in my entire visit. Answers questions with an impatient rude tone. The only thing I can say that is positive about this physician is that she was hygienic. If you are searching for someone who actually likes their job and is passionate about being helpful/respectful to their patients, you have come to the wrong doctor; look elsewhere.
