Unfeeling is true. No interpersonal skills is true. Does not smile. Skills & knowledge = moderate. Everytime i go for office visit, i feel that she is just making a book report about me but not really ‘curing’ me. The office staff is impersonal as well. No connection. I am only a number. I was late for 15 mins bec of road constructions & detours, i was told i cant see her. I arrived at the office & it is bare empty, no patients in the waiting room. Not sure if its worth keeping her.

I've been a patient at Internal Medicine of Morristown for over 20 years, originally with Dr. Craig Schiffner. When Dr. Schiffner left the practice I would only see Dr. Monastyrsky or Dr. Randazzo - I was luck to get Dr. Randazzo as my primary physician. She's a fantastic doctor who cares about my well-being and a great communicator (important to me). She always takes the time to answer my questions and I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes beyond my appointment time. When I arrive early, I am often called in early as well. I have moved from Wharton to Montague, so the office is over an hour from my home, but I have continued to see Dr. Randazzo because of the excellent service I receive and will continue as long as she is practicing.

I have been a patient of Dr Randazzo for many years & my wife just recently has become a patient. At no time have I found her to be anything other than caring, competent and extremely thorough. She has a great sense of humor and continually demonstrates that she really cares - a rare quality these days.

My husband was terminally ill and died in December 2017 at Morristown Hospital five months ago. My husband and I were her patients and neighbors. I never received any phone call from her to find out how he was doing and I believe his death went by unnoticed. I would have appreciated a little more compassion and I feel that I am forced to look for a doctor who would show that.

The doctor is highly competent. The biggest problem is the office staff which I find to be incompetent, laughing & joking while waiting for attention. The second is the waiting time. I’ve had scheduled appointments where i’vve Waited 45 minutes or more.. it’ also next to impossible to get an emergency appointment.

Absolutely awful support to patients and complete disregard for patient's wellbeing. I was left to fend on my own in a medical emergency; neither the doctor nor the staff were willing to help me find the medical attention I desperately needed.
