Excellent patient care by Dr. Bright, her M.A. […] and staff member […]. I am a new patient at Texas Health, came from out of state. My long time PCP in Nevada was absolutely amazing. I was worried I wasn't going to find another PCP like her. But then I met Dr Bright, she's wonderful! I feel at home now in Texas. Thank you!!

No appointment availability when sick
I called to get in for an antiviral due to having Covid and was told that they didn’t have any openings for two weeks and I that I should go to an urgent care. Several months later, my daughter needed to get in to see her and, again, there were no appointments available and she was told she needed to go to an urgent care. I have already switched to a new primary care doctor and will be urging my daughter to switch as well. She’s a great doctor if you can get in to see her, however if you get sick, you might have to go to an urgent care.
