Dr. Jeanette Lafreniere, MD

We have visited three diff. doctors at ARC Southwest with our 9-month-old, and Dr La is the absolute best. As a first-time Mum, she puts me at ease, and never makes me feel silly for any questions. She doesn't rush our appointments and has given me lots of advice outside the scope of our regular check-ups for my daughter i.e., introducing food, sleep habits etc. My daughter also loves her, and is always calm when she's being checked. If you're going to go to ARC Southwest, choose Dr La - she's the best.

I’ve taken my kids to Dr. Laf for over 2 years and I trust and honor her advice implicitly. She never rushes and has both the medical and real-world knowledge we are looking for. She’s professional and warm and my kids love her!

No idea where these negative reviews are coming from but we've been seeing her for over a year and she's the best! We are paranoid first time parents and she's always been great at listening and answering our billion questions.

Didn’t start with Dr. LaF as my pedi but after many after hours visits, I made the switch. She has great bedside manner with my daughter, answers all my questions, doesn’t make me feel rushed and answers questions in a way I understand. She’s made phone calls/sent messages to follow up on care for my daughter and really listens to my concerns. Care like that is hard to find these days.

Avoid going to her!! She’s extremely unprofessional and doesn’t care about kids. Not sure why she went into pediatrics.
