Jeanne is always friendly, honest, down to earth, best recommendations for at-home habits, answers all my questions thoroughly, and provides treatments that work. My issues have resolved and follow up checks are always positive. At all visits after appx 4 years she has always entered my exam room with a cheerful and bright smile. Highly recommend her, and so thankful that I was assigned to her from day 1. I actually look forward to my appts with her.

Jeanne was friendly and answered all my questions. Her visit was quick. Did a quick body scan and then addressed any extra questions I had. The wait time for the appointment was very long--over an hour. But I think this was a mistake on their part. Multiple patients checked in after me were see before I was. I had to eventually ask the front desk about it, it seems my chart was missed.

I was very impressed with Ms. Sparks. She took her time and worked hard to solve my issues. Ms. Spark was extremely thorough. I will continue to see her whenever I have any issues or for my yearly body check. Ms. Sparks she was very professional yet very personable .

Jeanne is kind and listens. She is aggressive at taking off anything that looks like it could be cancerous. I appreciate this approach. I have recommended her to friends.

DO NOT see her for acne.She was judgy, rude and acted like the acne was my fault. Told me to get off my current meds but refused to prescribe isotretinoin- then my symptoms got worse!! I will not be seeing this dermatologist again.

After a long wait in the office, the cancer screening I received was extremely quick and did not even address several moles I have. She seemed not at all interested in discussing other dermatological issues I was there to address, and was even inappropriately dismissive of one as an age-related issue (when it has been an issue all my life). I never had the chance to surface all topics in our brief session; an aide offered advice on one of those issues (hmmm, but it was helpful). Lastly, when I asked about new products to treat hyperpigmentation, I was given a prescription for something that I had told her had not worked for me before.

Absolutely awful. Jeanne asked me 0 questions about my history and clearly didn’t read my new patient forms before seeing me as she was surprised when I told her about my self and family history with melanoma after she was midway through my skin exam. She rushed me, cut me off when I was trying to explain things, had answers to my questions before I even completed asking them, and prescribed me two medications that I’m scared to even take because I have very little faith in her even knowing what is wrong with me because she didn’t listen to/get the whole story or background. I didn’t get to address all of my areas of concern because I was so rushed so will need to spend time and money to see another dermatologist. I am absolutely disgusted by this experience and will be making sure I steer everyone I know away from this person and practice.

As someone with a history of melanoma, I was surprised by the exam. She didn’t go over my skin with a light or even look carefully at my face. I have never been to a dermatologist for a full body check and had such a laid back exam. Plus, she said to come back in a year, when every dermatologist I’ve ever had has said I need one every 6 months. I will not be seeing this PA again.

I'm overall satisfied with Dr Jeanne Sparks and Advanced Dermatology.I would recommend and will return.-Jeanne Sparks is friendly and you feel instantly comfortable talking with her.-A patient in the waiting area, also seeing Ms Sparks, had great remarks about her.-I was referred to Ms Sparks by a family member.-The assistant to Ms Sparks was friendly.-My appointment was delayed a few minutes but I'm alright with this since they fit me in a.s.a.p. instead of weeks or months later. This is a huge PLUS! Who wants to wait weeks/months for an appointment when you have an issue?-Appointments can be scheduled via phone or online at Advanced Dermatology's website.-My appointment was scheduled a few days (not weeks) out from the initial call (great!).-I appreciate the confirmations and appointment reminders.-Advanced Dermatology's Cockeysville location is easy to access with ample parking.-The reception desk associates are attentive, and acknowledge you when entering the office.

After my dermatologist stopped taking my insurance, I had to find a new office. I had a mole that I needed to be removed. Jeanne was quick and very professional. The office ran smoothly and was very welcoming. I found my new office who is able to meet my dermatology needs.

Jeanne was very personable and knowledgeable! My daughter who is normally shy, felt very comfortable talking with Jeanne. All of our questions were answered and we left with a treatment plan and great relief.
