Dr. Jeanne Thompson, MD

This doc saved my life. I am really young and no other professionals assumed I would have a blood clot because it didn't make sense with the rest of my health and demographic history. This doc ordered me a blood test and I was clotted from foot to hip with some lung impact too. The ortho thought I had pulled a muscle in that leg. Everyone else was on a totally different page. I don't know what would have happened without her.

I went to several Dr's over the course of 3 years, and no one could tell me what was wrong with me. On my first visit, she spent a long time getting my history, then took 10 vials of blood! Within 5 days she had an answer for me. I started medication, and I finally have my life back! The biggest plus is that she is very respectful of time. If I have an appt at 10 am, she's in the room at 10am! She's thorough, she actually listens, and doesn't assume that she knows my body better than I do. I like her so much that my husband switched to her, and we both drive 30+ minutes from home to see her. She's worth it.

Dr Thompson is the best doctor I have ever had. She listens and she talks to me which is very nice. She found that I had lung cancer even tho I was going to a chest medicine doctor who did not find it until Dr. Thompson did. She is very through and professional but at the same time , she is caring and compassionate. I would not trade her for any doctor I have and I felt it was my lucky day to have found her. She takes tests if she thinks something is wrong and she has been right every time. I

I've been seeing Dr. Thompson for several years and I couldn't be happier. She really listens and helps me understand my conditions and what I need to do. She answers all of my questions in ways that I can understand. Most importantly, she is patient with me. I highly recommend her and this practice. It is rare to find a practice that follows you when you have to go to the hospital. The office and medical assistants take very good care of us. Very patient, caring, and competent.

Dr. Thompson is the best doctor I have ever had and I've had many. Her medical competence is surpassed only by her compassion. Her focus is my wellness. I signed-up for the weight management program and I am doing great. My cholesterol is cut in half. I've never had problems getting an appointment, getting refills on meds, and I love the MyNorton site. It's easy to communicate with the office and get my test results.

This office is rife with incompetence and inefficiencies at all levels (administration and medical staff), which should be addressed by executive management, if they truly are interested in providing effective and professional medical care and are concerned about patient satisfaction. I challenge executive management to contact me directly to discuss my experiences at this office in order to determine if there is merit in my complaints. Two phone messages have not been not be returned to date.

She is absolutely the best at diagnoses and treatment. If she thinks you need a specialist she doesn't hesitate to set that up.

Absolutely love having her as my PCP. Very caring and very knowledgeable in her field. Highly recommended by me and my husband!
