You get about one visit a year with this doctor then spend the remainder of the year having the doctors office cancel appointments on you. Right now this very office is canceling appointments and saying they don’t have openings until January…for a primary care physician. God forbid you have an emergency. She. Will. Not. See. You.

I was unable to get a timely appt. with my primary care doctor for pains that I’m having in my left kidney, that had been escalating for a few months. Lee Health appt desk, felt due to my symptoms that I should see another doctor, who had an opening. I met with Dr Arana, explained what was going on. She ran a urinalysis and said that everything came back fine, and that I should get with my primary care doctor. I explained that years previous, I was diagnosed with cyst, and was told that if I ever had future problems with that Kidney, that it should be looked at. When I asked questions about further testing, such as an ultra sound, her response was that some insurance company’s have a problem paying for something that may be not necessary, and because the archived diagnosis from years ago wasn’t in her system, that it may be hard to prove. Is pain not an indicator of something being wrong? Is a urinalysis the tell all? She told me to make an appt with my primary. Wasted time, and gas!

All the staff are so courteous you are greeted with a smile and good morning or good afternoon. Always helpful in answering questions or they will get an answer. Kaviria my INR nurse is so Courteous and knowledgeable always answering questions and explaining so that I can understand. Always takes the time to let's me know what I can do to better myself. Dr. Arona is one of the best doctors I have and always explains things and answers all questions asked of her. She is very thorough and knowledgeable and always takes time to talk to her patients. Dr. Arano and staff always give over 110% of themselves to make sure you are well cared for.

Yes the professionalism from the staff nurses and doctor was amazing made me feel like I never even left the comfort of my own home when I walk through that door they addressed to every one of my questions they had quick and sufficient answers they're great listeners I couldn't be in a better place

Dr. Arana is compassionate and thorogh. She makes a patient feel at ease. Diane the nurse is also outstanding, and takes the time and care needed for your visit.

I changed insurance, which caused me to change doctors. I was very unhappy, but once I met Dr. Arana and her nurse practitioner I was very pleased. They are very thorough and willing to take the time to listen!

She is a wonderful dr explain everything clear and I always leave with solutions to my condition.

I am a new patient the doctor's office schedule my appointment for about two mouths. They cancel my appointment and didn't research out at all, no calls, no text, not emails. This has be the most unprofessional Doctors office that I have deal with. They' re wasting your time to get a good healthcare.

Dr Arana is great. The problem is her office. Rude, unprofessional, and disorganized. Do not go to this office unless you want a frustrating experience!
