Refused to See
Refused to see my 84 year old mother after she drove down her iced driveway so she wouldn’t fall where her granddaughter could pick her up to keep her safe due to recent snow. They were 10 minutes late. I can understand 20-30 minutes late. They pulled into parking lot 8 minutes after appointment time. They would spend that much time or more sitting in the waiting room! She waited a year for this follow-up appointment! She risked slipping on ice and possible injury to get there and was turned away. Due to the recent wintry weather I feel they could have made accommodations for her to be seen.

I was very happy with my new neurologist.He was pleasant and funny,knew my chart being first time visit.was well informed and suggested different things to do and let me decide what might help my CMT. He scheduled a MRI for my acoustic neuroma .Great doctor with a good bedside manner.
