I give the doctor 5 stars, however, I give Clearway a one. He's outstanding. However, there is no way to communicate with the doctor's office as the only number given out by the doctor is the Clearway general number, and the robot answering machine is useless. Based on my multiple calls, the human you speak with, if you can get through the maze of options, is also useless. Yesterday, the doctor basically told the same. Worthless.

Dr. Buchalter treats me like I’m his only Patient but the best thing is he knows my pain and knows exactly where to put my injections where I get the best results. Highly recommend him!

I totally and completely trust Dr. Buckhalter 100 percent. That is that.

Dr.Buchalter along with his ARNP (Mrs. Audrey) are truly Outstanding. They are compassionate, caring, concerned about your health, willing to listen and help you recover your life. Absolutely God Sent.

Dr. Buchalter is one of the best Dr's I have ever seen. He listens and provides excellent advice for pain management. I have been in much better shape with him as my doctor. I would also like to send praise to nurse practitioner Selma M. who is a very caring person and professional N.P. The entire staff at Clearway is kind, courteous and caring.

I came to Dr.B very broken in a Federal case this happened in 2017 and I'm still dealing with a very tuff case I'm a medical mess, and have seen hundreds of Dr's in my life and Dr B cares more then 90% of them he is not chasing the $$$ he truly cares he wants you to be fixed and live your best life, I got into a emergency situation today and he is booking out into Feb 2020 and beyond he made time he ordered the test to make sure I was ok it may have only been 5 mins (that he didn't have to give) to help calm our fears and make sure I was stable , there were very few seats open,he has a massive practice and it is needed in our area. The staff is not without hiccup's but sit back and look there seeing hundreds of people daily and are very caring and they want to help you,Now a patient has to do there part it's not fair to cry for meds then give a crap review when that doesn't go your way our laws suck for people that need help and Doctors are dealing with that with you. Dr. Buchalter is the most compassionate doctor I know. He takes time to really listen to your symptoms and discusses your treatment options. He is amazing. Dr. Buchalter is the most caring and compassionate doctor I know and the BEST bedside manners of any Doctor that I have seen. I started seeing Dr. B after a car accident with my injuries I sustained he really took care of me and the staff are awesome. Dr. Buchalter is great at doing procedures. I highly recommend him and his staff to anyone!!

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Buchalter. After 4 sets of RFAs in my lower back and neck since my car accident in 2014, I can unequivocally say that I owe my quality of life to a large extent to the craft and care of Dr. Buchalter.

Dr.Buchalter is a compassionate physician that I would recommend to anyone. He is knowledgeable with the procedures he performs and has a positive demeanor when you are communicating with him. His technique on performing trigger point injections will absolutely amaze you. I never felt the first stick and I got 3! If you are afraid to be aggressive in managing your pain, rest assured that you will leave his office amazed at his expertise with any procedure he performs.

Sees too many patients and thus loses focus of what’s important. Needs to be more detail oriented and listen to the concerns/needs of his patients....

Certainly not the most compassionate doctor and definitely would not describe him as a patient advocate. Too rigid in treatment approach. Unfortunately, it’s the only game in town...

He is easy to talk to/with and is not intimidating as some doctors have seemed. Very knowledgeable and seems to genuine when it comes to caring for you well being. Besides interactions with doctors it is even more important to be critical of his office and personnel in which he/she employs. The NP,Front desk, scheduling end even the nurses sticking me with needles, are all great people. I have no complaint other than life takes a toll and bodies naturally start to break down. I appreciate my doc

Dr. Buchalter is the most compassionate doctor I know. He takes time to really listen to your symptoms and discusses your treatment options. He is amazing. Dr. Buchalter is the most caring and compassionate doctor I know. No one necessarily wants to need to go to the doctor. Dr. Buchalter makes it a much better experience. I would recommend Dr. Buchalter to anyone.

Dr Buchalter is excellent but is office would receive the lowest grade possible-my 90 yo mother has to AlWAYS wait 30 min to 1 hour in the waiting room-it never improves-why make appointments if you can't see patients in a timely manner-I would have her change physician except she is 90

The only negative about Buchalter is his popularity, which makes it very difficult to get a timely appointment. From my last procedure, it took 6 weeks to get an appointment with his assistant and another 5 weeks to schedule another procedure. My pain level seems to be immaterial.
