THE BEST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE, HE IS THE BEST. hE LISTENS, HAS PLENTY OF TIME, EXPLAINS EVERYHING. Everyone must be happy with the results
I have had several procedures with Dr. Kilpatrick. He wants the patient to be happy with the result, but most important he wants to be happy and proud of the results. An artist with a scalpel. The entire office is just awesome.

Phenomenal Experience
Dr Kilpatrick and his entire team are amazing. I was treated with respect and handled with care throughout the entire process. I’ve gained an amount of confidence I never thought I could after my rhinoplasty. Thanks to Dr. Kilpatrick and his staff for such exceptional care!

Fantastic Doctor and Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Kilpatrick is a wonderful doctor. He is extremely competent, professional and knowledgeable in his field! As a bonus, he is friendly, a great communicator and flexible. He takes great pride in the care he delivers to his patients and achieves a 100% "perfect" outcome on their behalf. We wouldn't go to anyone else for our care (and drive 4 hours one way to see him). We trust him and have a great deal of respect for his capabilities.

Lipoma removal
Dr. Kilpatrick removed a lipoma from my neck. Dr. Lam actually found it and said that I could have it removed or not. It started growing and looked bad. Dr. Kilpatrick removed it in outpatient surgery. I have to search to find the scar. Excellent work Dr. K. I definitely recommend him.

Unprofessional, Unskilled, and Egotistical
He is rude and condescending, yells at his patients, tells his patients that they should not be asking questions, does not care about pain management and is not available if you have issues right after surgery. The rhinoplasty results look worse than before (even after one year of healing). It’s like he brought one nostril in smaller and left the other the same size. But in the post op appt he acted like everything looked fantastic and was impressed with himself. He also told me in response to the nostril asymmetry that I should just “not look up then.” I would not recommend Dr. Kilpatrick for cosmetic surgery or generally as a person that should be working with people. He’s obviously got a complex that he needs to sort through before working with patients again. To those reading this please save yourself the time and energy by going to a professional surgeon.

Five stars for Dr. Kilpatrick
Just had Dr Kilpatrick repair my nose from a mohs surgery. He did an outstanding job. I am totally pleased and would recommend him to anyone that asked

Dr Kilpatrick has gotten busy with his facial surgery practice and does not seem to have time to devote to his existing patients. At my last visit, I had been given an appointment time for which I waited about 30 minutes. When I was fnally seen, I felt like I was on the conveyor belt of an assembly line. I have seen Dr Kilpatrick for some time and am disappointed with what has happened with his practice.

Saw him for a cosmetic as well as functional surgery on my nose. The before pictures look so much better than after. My nose is now very droopy, almost reaches my upper lip, and the tip is very bulbous. He kept telling me it was just swollen but 3 years after and it still is droopy and bulbous. His solution was to refer me out to someone who said he would not be able to fix it. Kilpatrick might be a surgeon but definitely not cosmetic. He should just stick to dermatology and realize his limits..
