I suffer from chronic back and leg pain. I was referred back to Neurosurgery to find out the cause. Dr. Kim refused to look into the problem and just go by past MRI results. When asked about a Nerve Conduction Study, he refused. His only suggestion was to go back to Pain Management, knowing they caused me more pain back in April. How can a provider allow someone to continue to suffer without trying to find out the cause of the issue? MRI results from a few months ago is not the only way to look at the problem that is on-going. I will not recommend him to anyone whatsoever.

I had been experiencing a continuous pain in my shoulder join. I was checked by Dr Lavender and he ordered MRIs on shoulder, neck and arm. After results he referred me to Dr Kim for possibility of pain originating from problem in neck. After one visit with Dr Kim and him reviewing and discussing my results in words I completely understand I agreed to surgery to replace two disks in neck which doctor said would alleviate the pain. He did surgery and second day of recovery he ask me to rate my pain in areas affected before. To my surprise there was none in either area. I highly recommend you check him out if you are having pain shoulder blade or rotator area and a weakness in whole arm. I rate him a 5 across the board.
