Would recommend with a caveat!
The Doctor is great, but for 4 months I am cared for by a P.A., I prefer an MD and my insurance pays for a doctor, his office has a ramp my scooter cannot climb so most of my appts were by phone, I was told I NEED an endocrinologist and for nearly 3 months I never was contacted by one because messages were sent by texts which are not compatible with my flip phone and despite REPEATED request to stop the useless texts they continued, the P.A. changed a prescription raising it, but she prescribed the EXACT same amount because according to her I gave her the wrong dosage (even though I gave her a typed list of my prescriptions with EXACT and correct dosages.) In both cases their mistakes were blamed on me. The Doctor is fine, but his staff is incompetent and intolerable. With 2 Masters degrees I am not an idiot, nor do I need to explain myself for mistakes that were theirs and not mine.

Very professional, funny, down to earth,friendly,described condition & medication. Easy to speak too & very caring. Busy at times but well worth the wait. I highly recommend him to everyone. I have a friend who moved to Pa & drives 2-1/2 hrs to see Dr. Basti.
