He really is the worst ER doctor!
I went to ER at McKay Dee due to a Gallbladder infection. This doctor was very RUDE, RUSHED and CONDESCENDING towards myself and my husband. Of course he was quick to want to schedule Gallbladder removal surgery. He absolutely would not consider any other alternatives- such as Ursodiol or any other treatments. He said “You don’t need your gallbladder” “this is the #1 surgery performed in the USA!”Well if he doesn’t see a problem with that, maybe he’s one of the problems. Thats nothing to brag about in my opinion. He became angry when I told him I did not want the surgery and huffed out the door. The nurses on the other hand were amazing.

Can’t be bothered.
Dr. Jeff Caldwell and his RN Libby were the worst ER dr/nurse that I’ve come across. They were at the end of their shift and it showed. When they discharged my son I noticed a rash, I asked the nurse to check it. She went and talked to Dr. Caldwell and came back and said he saw it (mind you, when he came back in to discharge him, he didn’t look at him, nor would he see the rash under the gown.) and he wasn’t concerned. That would have been fine, if he actually looked at it. Libby didn’t know anything that I asked, mind you they were basic questions. I honestly didn’t know she was the RN until my son was discharged. Communication and engagement were severely lacking.
