I am scheduled for a visit with Dr. Case for an ongoing issue as well as a new one. I had no qualms about returning, was treated with professional care and courtesy first time and I was seen without undue waiting. I have to say as an elderly woman I often feel unimportant in health care offices. That did not happen here.

Rude!
My daughter went here for possible skin cancer. 2 months later they still say they have no idea. We asked for records and there is a suggested treatment but they haven't told us. They don't communicate and if you are unlucky enough to get them on the phone, they are RUDE. If you are looking for caring staff, I suggest you keep looking.

Excellent experience
The staff, Dr. Case and ARNP are all wonderful. They have been able to facilitate healing when my last doctor could not. They move you through your appointment on time and take the time to explain what is going on and answer any questions I have.

Will not recommend
I had an appointment yesterday. Usually a 1 hour drive to his office. We left home 2 hours before appointment. There was an accident on the interstate and both lanes stopped. Then there was a lot of construction. Called the office and told them I’d be a few minutes late. Was told if I was 20 or more minutes late I’d have to reschedule. I was only 10 minutes late. Waited 30 minutes and asked how long it would be. “The nurse has your chart. You were late. None of his other patients have been late”. After driving 2 hours and 20 minutes and waiting 30 minutes I told them to cancel the appointment. Talked to the office manager this morning. She was aware of the situation. “20 minutes is his rule. He’s very busy”. And my time is as valuable as his. Never been treated so rudely. Won’t be going again.

Had an appointment with Dr Case on 25 Oct. His office called and changed it to 12 Oct. Meanwhile my dentist said I needed to have my lip looked at immediately so I called his office and was told to come in on 8 Sep at 1545 as that was the soonest they could see me. Today, 8 Sep, I arrived at his office at 1530 and the girl at the desk said my appointment was at 1445 and I was late so I would have to reschedule. I talked to the women who schedules and she said I did not have an appointment.
