Dr. Jeffrey Cone, MD

Our appointment with Dr. Cone at Dell Children’s went fine. His bedside manner was fair, though his explanations were a little over our head since we aren’t in the medical field. He let us know that he would proceed with surgery for our child, and would confirm the care plan with her dermatologist who referred us. After our appointment, however, has been a completely different story. After a week of no updates, I called his surgery scheduler, who is very sweet and is doing a lot behind the scenes. She informed me that Dr. Cone hadn’t called the dermatologist yet, so they couldn’t schedule anything. And unfortunately, 4 weeks later, it’s still the same answer. From the updates I’ve received (that I’ve only gotten because I’ve called their office) Dr. Cone has been asked multiple times to call the dermatologist, and has not. And is now out of the office for an extended amount of time. We’ve now opted to go to Texas Children’s Hospital instead, and got scheduled same day.

He listened, was amazing, and very kind!

Dr. Jeffery Cone, MD is truly amazing! I have been his patient on multiple occasions and his surgery results is second-to-none! Most recently, Dr. Cone did plastic surgery on me following MOHs surgery performed by a MOHs specialist surgeon. Dr. Cone has an amazing staff beginning with Brandy at the Front Desk, Photographer, Rachel, medical Assistant, Lindsay, and Sam, Esthetician. Our 7 yr old daughter tripped and smashed her mouth against the granite kitchen countertop. The ER team at St. David's Austin North was amazing, but due to the interior/exterior damage agreed with our request for a consult. They called Dr. Cone who, after review, scheduled a next-day visit. This resulted in a great experience and perfect stitches. Very attentive to our girl. Ensured she understood his actions and allowed her to manage the pace. Office staff was also amazing. Highly rated.

Don't go there , this doctor is a total Jerk

I am so glad I saw Dr Cone. His staff is helpful & knowledgable. He is an excellent doctor and I am thrilled with my result! Recommend him highly!

I recently underwent a handful of surgeries due to a traumatic accident. Dr. Cone consistently delivered comsssionate care. He was attentive and patient . With his calm and confident spirit , he instilled confidence and encouragement not only in me but in each member of my family when i we needed it most.

I was super worried about my facial procedures, and didn't really know who to trust. Glad I chose Dr. Cone!!! He cares, is patient and kind. His staff was friendly and made me feel welcomed. My wait time was much shorter than I thought it would be, 10 mins, and I never felt rushed during my visit. Dr. Cone took his time to answer any questions and was proactive in making sure I understood. If he only be could be my primary care physician!

Dr Cone is a very smart surgeon. He got his residency at one of the top Plastic Surgery residencies. He is extremely well thought of by other physicians. He did three procedures on me and I use his skin care products. I am very pleased. He is a good listener and is very compassionate about his patients and his work. I would go see him again and I would highly recommend him to others.

Remarkable caring attitude. Advice is excellent and so kind, and Dr Cone let's me know if what I need is what I want. And he's always right!! Results speak for themselves.

I wouldn't look anywhere else if you're looking for a professional

I was very impressed with the level of detail Dr. Cone cared about my pre-surgery, during the surgery and even post surgery. He and his staff were very accommodating and professional. For all future medical needs, I will be going back to Dr. Cone's office.

I am so lucky to have found Dr. Cone. He is the nicest doctor and his staff took the time to answer all my questions. Dr. Cone does my botox and fillers, and I can't put into words how much I love it. Dr. Cone takes the time to get to know his patient and he truly cares about everyone who walks in the door. I recommend him to all my friends!

I have been a patient of Dr. Jeffrey Cone's for over 2 years now. He really takes the time to listen to my concerns and gives easy-to-understand explanations. His staff is always helpful and friendly. My son has also seen Dr. Cone. He is amazing with children!
