Dr. Crossin said he would have to talk to Dr [...] about what's going on because she is my primary dr. And I will get a call. Nobody ever called. I called office 3 days later. I was told I would receive a call by 6 pm. Nobody called me by 6 pm. Still have no answers.

Every time I've gone into the office over the past year has been phenomenal. The receptionists are always pleasant and the doctors make me feel like an individual instead of a number. I always feel I am well taken care of at Baystate.
