A rude and unprofessional doctor
I met Dr. Desjardin at St Antoy's hospital in Denver, Colorado. I was with my my brother who was severely sick with what later turned out to be a lymphoma. I am a physician and a professor at USC in LA for 43 years. In all my years as a doctor , I have not met a more rude and arrogant doctor as Dr Desjardin. He refused to talk to me knowing that I was a physician and my brother wanted me to come from LA and support him in this difficult time. He became very upset when I asked him questions about the coordination of my brother follow up by a number of doctors after his discharge from the hospital. Dr Desjardin created an even more stressful situation for my brother who was completely confused and worried, wife and daughter that just like me were stunned by his rude, unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. Dr Dejardin should lose his medical license and find another profession where he can not really hurt patients. Until this is happening I suggest that you find a different doctor.

Excellent doctor
He saved my life. I had a rare infection of the psoas muscle that is notoriously hard to identify and treat. It can be fatal if not treated correctly and completely. Dr. DesJardin was dogged and persistent as he tracked it down, eliminating possibilities, conferring with other experts, ordering whatever tests and treatments he deemed necessary. A six month, daily regimen of intravenous antibiotics he prescribed cured the infection. He is described in other reviews as arrogant, a know-it-all and condescending. I found him to be knowledgeable, direct, forthright and caring.

The appointment with Dr. Desjardin was a total waste of time. He showed little interest in my health issues. He was arrogant and condescending throughout the entire appointment. I gained nothing but contempt for this egotistical doctor. If you have health concerns, please look elsewhere. I also used there restroom before my appointment, only to find someone else's urine sample left unattended. Extremely unprofessional. If I could score a less then one, I would have.

Dr. DesJardin has been treating me for years. He is one of the most straight-forward people I know. He is caring and blunt, when needed. A great doctor for all your needs.
