Exemplary care.
Dr English is incredibly knowledgeable, invested and kind. I can email him on my portal and he or a team member will respond extremely quickly. His knowledge on MS is excellent leaving me safe in the knowledge I’m in good hands! He always gives me as much time as I need and explains everything thoroughly. His team are very kind, considerate and supportive. I am beyond grateful to have such an amazing support network from his team who genuinely care about each and every individual. He also offers tele health if you can’t get there!

I was dx with MS in 2006. Dr English is the 2nd Dr I saw. Now the ONLY s doctor I see. He is patient, knowledgeable and compassionate. Never rushes the visit.

I didn't get a visit. Scheduled several months ago. The day of my visit they called and cancelled and said they would call me back that afternoon to reschedule. They did not. So after several days I called them and was told it would be at least a month before I would get in. If I had cancelled the day of the appointment they would have tried to charge me for missing the appointment. Another doctor who believes their time is way more important to anyone else.
