His arrogance overrides his ability to hear you. I had chronic infected tonsils and he blew me off. Even his staff said many people have walked out. Not a nice person. I found a great doc in San Antonio. 0 stars.

Dr. Faulkner is compassionate. He listened to our concerns and answered all our questions. My husband received excellent care for a problem he was having with his ears.

I saw Dr Faulkner as I had sinus and throat issues. I was quickly seen and I felt that he spent plenty of time finding out what my problem was and treating me. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend Dr Faulkner.
