On February 12 I brought in my downstairs neighbor who is legally blind, and has a leg prosthesis. She was returning two pairs of shoes that did not fit. Apparently, he had sold them to her telling her all she had to do was use a shoehorn I sat in the office with her.. this man turns to me because I asked a question and says to me “and who are you?” I told him that I was here with my friend to make sure that she got her shoes returned and that she would get a receipt.! my friend says “yes I would like a receipt“.. This doctor laughs as though this request was obnoxious and responds with “you think I’m going to risk my practice over two pairs of shoes”? So I took a picture standing in the office with the shoes in the background. This week, my neighbor’s roommate calls asking where the money is, now over six weeks later and the receptionist says “there will be no return of money without a receipt.!” I am tempted to call the police as I would call this theft!! Do not use this office!!

My first visit was okay. I went back over 30 minutes past my appointment time. That was frustrating but I was happy after I left. Fast forward to today..I called because I no longer had child care for my upcoming appointment. I asked if I could bring an infant with me. She’s exclusively breastfed and refuses a bottle. Making it very difficult to leave her. Especially for an appointment that I would most likely not be in and out from. The doctor replied “as long as that infant is wearing a mask.” I thought there was no way he heard me correctly. An infant wearing a mask? So I replied “this infant is 3 months old and he said “like I said if that infant is wearing a mask it can come with you.” I find it very troubling that a Dr suggested an infant wear a mask. This is incredibly dangerous information. I did not appreciate his tone and lack of customer service.

Payment is the number one concern of this practice, not your health care. The receptionist and then the doctor himself argued with me about how they would be paid. They refused to bill my insurance, despite having the number, and offered to only see us if we paid out of pocket. Read other reviews and you will get a clear picture of this. Do yourself a favor and find a different doctor.

I was treated with total disrespect, like I was a leper because I am on Medicaid possibly. Even stooped to verbal abuse by putting me down. And he is getting rich off the government Medicaid program!

Dr Jeffery feld and his staff are awesome he has treated not only me but also my wife and several of my friends very professional He performed surgery on my wife’s foot and she is a 100% better.

Dr was ok, but the reception/nursing/billing staff is one and the same & has no knowlegde of medicine or billing. The original billing co. was nonresponse & was fired then the receptionist Amber took over with no billing knowledge. She insisted they filed numerous times, but my ins. co. never received claims. I never received statements after a date, but they refuse to send me updated 1, give me dates of past 1s or when claims were filed. I have been the 1 contacting them through all this.

Wonderful Doctor!!! Came in for something I though was minor and actually found out I broke my foot in two places!!! Dr. Feld was extremely helpful and talked me through the treatment and got me fitted for one of there boots. Everything healed very nicely and if I ever have any additional problems with my feet I know who I will be calling!!

What sets Dr Feld apart is his willingness to try to quickly see patients who are in acute pain. This morning I called 3 podiatrists and he was the only one to agree to see me today. I filled out the paperwork online, arrived just before 1PM, finished before 2PM. He reduced my ankle pain enough for me to go back to my job that afternoon. If I couldn't arrive till later he would still have seen me at the end of the afternoon. The other 2 podiatrists weren't available for 2 more days.

Receptionist was very nice and professional. Talked with us while we waited, as I was early for my appointment. Dr Feld saw me exactly at my scheduled appointment time. Dr. was friendly, professional, and explained the treatment and why after showing me the X rays. The Dr. also followed up with great tips on how to exercise and massage the damaged area, and great stretching moves to use. Dr Feld was very professional and friendly.

Run for the hills !! I can honestly say that this man is a 1 man show with a receptionist who lacks any medical knowledge or independent thought. She is a puppet to Dr. Feld. His standard of practice is less than optimal, and he is dishonest, arrogant, and rude. Every patient is a mere dollar sign to him. There are far better options out there for Podiatry care.

What a terrible business. I regret ever giving them any money whatsoever. Two years ago I injured my foot and Dr. Feld treated me twice. Both times I was treated, I paid at the time of service. They were very persistent about this. Then later, maybe a month ago, I get a phone call from a man treating me like I'm some sort of filthy criminal. Friendly and caring Doctor who has great bedside manner and is very knowledgeable. Staff was very helpful who helped fit me in on an urgent need. Easily set up follow up appointment and I am now symptom free.

I came to see Dr. Feld because I was having an awful lot of pain in my heels. Scheduling the appointment was very easy and quick, and when I arrived to the office for my first appointment the staff at the front desk was very sweet and very helpful. After I finished the new patient forms I was brought back and placed into a room and made comfortable before the staff member left. Not even two minutes later Dr. Feld came in and we began dicussing my problems. He educated me and I am feeling 100%.

This podiatry practice required a more-than-full payment from me before seeing the doctor on the day of my appointment, even though they are a participating provider with my insurance. It turned out the amount they required me to pre-pay was higher than their allowable billable amount, so I was due a refund. It took me nearly SEVEN months, and a ridiculous number of phone calls, to receive the refund that was due to me. On each occasion that I spoke with Graydon Avenue support staff, I found the

I will never return this "doctor" was so rude to me during my initial visit and I was in too much pain to talk back or leave. Needless to say, I ended up in the ER that night. I remember paid for a procedure on that day that was not covered only to find out that it wasn't even necessary. This "doctor" and his staff were so nasty, impudent, condescending, obnoxious and overall mean.

What a great doctor. I have seen other podiatrist in the area that didn't meet my standards to be my diabetic podiatrist. I scheduled an appointment to see Dr. Feld which was quick and easy and was very satisfied with my visit. He took the time to answer the questions I asked (unlike the others) and took excellent care of my feet. Job well done.
