Left thumb bone spur surgery
This Doctor did surgery on my left thumb area 2-1/2 years ago. The surgery went well but hurt just as bad after I completed my physical therapy. I went back to wearing my brace for a while and it started to feel better. I was in a motorcycle accident and went to see him afterwards to get it checked because I landed on my left hand, arm & shoulder. I was in extreme pain. All he did was an x-ray and said everything looked fine. Everything was not fine! I went to get a 2nd opinion and found out he didn't do the correct imaging to even see if it was indeed fine. Any fusion that had happened after the surgery and P.T. was non existent. I had to have the surgery done again and go through all the pain, P.T. and recovery. When I did finally get in to see him post accident he was just back from vacation and spent about 5 minutes with me and completely ignored my concerns regarding the accident and didn't even note it in my chart. I then asked him to amend his notes and he refused.

I was continually pleased and impressed with the service Dr Friedrich provided. Always took time to sit down with me, discuss the plan and pros/cons. Ended up with surgery and he did a great job. Professional, personable, excellent surgeon and truly cares about his patients and the service he provides. Couldn't be happier.
