He is very busy but I got a telehealth visit. It was very convenient and was professional.

Dr Gottfried is like a one in a million doctor’s your going to find that actually really genuinely care about your wellbeing. He ask all the right questions, he makes sure all your needs are met, he makes your health his number one priority. And he’s just overall a very professional, clean-cut nice doctor. I hope he’s me and my family’s PCP forever. I’m very grateful I have him as a doctor. His new office is also very nice and clean, his staff are very friendly and helpful as well.

Coming from over 30 minutes away it was a first new patient visit I was 10 minutes late and was refused to be seen. I had pre checked in, provided all personal information and insurance coverage prior to my arrival. I had been there previously with another patient who was driving me there and we had been misdirected because the office recently moved. On the way I called twice to confirm the correct address and twice was hung up on by the office staff. Because of the misdirection I was 10 minutes late but the staff caused that delay by not answering the phone to confirm which address was correct. After arrival I waited an additional 7 minutes before the staff person spoke with the doctor and refused the appointment. Hope he's a better doctor than business person. Based on this experience I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Dr. Gottfried is very nice, laid back and easy going. He understood and addressed my problem without a hassle. I felt very comfortable with him and won't mind going back when needed.

The office personal was ok, short time in the waiting room, the nurse was a little rough, and thats it they make me wait 97 minutes from the time the nurse took me to the room and I saw the doctor, the doctor is a pill pusher, he dismiss my concerns, and my need for HRT, which I been on for over 10 year, he just said I do not do HRT therapy, the he prescribed medicine than my insurance won't pay, and referrals to doctor that do not work in the network.

I had an office visit in June of this year and the Dr. had me take a battery of blood tests in June of this year for the high cholesterol. He never reviewed the results of the labs until I requested a refill on my meds in November. I requested a refill on my meds twice, it took his office 2 weeks to respond and when he did finally respond he denied the refill request and said the tests showed that I had uncontrolled cholesterol and I needed to schedule a visit. The fact that he couldn’t be bothered to review the results of my labs until 5 months after the results were given to him review clearly indicates that he is either too busy or my health is not his primary interest. It’s absurd to me that this doctor could not take the time to review the tests immediately after the results were posted and given me his diagnosis. I’ve since seen another physician who said my cholesterol numbers look good.

The office staff in Gottfried’s practice are the most incompetent group I’ve been exposed to in my 55 years. They are incapable of scheduling appointments, basic communication skills are virtually non-existent, they have no understanding of pharmacy processes and they cannot manage relations with insurance reps. This applies to the receptionist all the way through the senior office manager. Wait times are repeatedly excessive and access to anyone is quite difficult. I am a low-demand patient yet basic functionalities are repeatedly deficient

As with my husband we were in the room at the same time everyone was professional and the dr. Was very easy to talk to he took his time with each of us, being first time patients he went over all our questions and concerns

The girls in the front office are great. While in the office visit, Dr. Gottfried was professional and polite. At my 2nd visit, not all of my labs had come back, so he decided to wait to make a decision on refilling my medication (Omega 3 that he had prescribed 3 months earlier) or changing it. My labs came back the next day. I called to let his office know that they were in and see what he wanted to do about my medication. I received a call back 3 days later and was told he strongly recommended Mediterranean diet and weight loss. I asked about my cholesterol medication and she had no info on that. She told me she would send him a message and get back to me. Another 2 days went by before I got a return call. This time I was told to discontinue omega 3 unless it was a prescription. I told her that HE had prescribed it in the first place. 2 days later, I'm told he wants me on a statin, which was not even appropriate when my cholesterol was highest (when he started me on omega 3).

I just had my second visit and I do really like the doctor. My only issue is both times I waited over an hour to see him. I feel like my time is just as valuable and I make appointments to prevent long wait times. When you schedule online, there are 15 minute increments, which is obviously too tight. I’d highly recommend spreading appointment times out to allow a more realistic time for each patient and to respect our time.

I'm new to the area and had to establish care with a new physician. The front office was very efficient, professional and took care of an issue immediately. The appointment was right on time with virtually no waiting. The doctor was very attentive, thorough and caring. I have found my new primary care physician.

Dr. Gottfried is knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. Too bad he cannot be cloned a 1,000 times.

Dr. Gottfried is my primary care doctor. I have seen him for 10+ years and will not see anyone else.Dr g. is compassionate and caring and sincere.I trust my and my families health decisions to him!

I appreciate Dr Gottfried's listening ability and his willingness to try a natural remedy first. He has a nice balance between a natural approach and Western medicine. His demeanor puts you at ease, and he takes the time needed to treat you as an individual person, not a number dictated by insurance . A refreshing difference from the way medicine seems to be heading now a days.

With today's doctors being overloaded with patients, it's a no wonder why doctors cannot spend time with you. They generally do not listen the way they should, but you're going to receive the opposite effect from Dr Jeffery Gottfried. If you read other reviews on the internet, you will find that everyone is saying the same thing. He really cares, and loves to spend time with his patients. For me that answers everything when it comes to hiring a doctor. You will not be disappointed with Dr Jeffery Gottfried, I've had him as my doctor for the past 2 years and I'll never regret it. He has changed my life, in controlling my disease. Their office is also very friendly, and the nurse is very productive in filling my prescriptions. His office also has an online portal, this is very important to have to keep on top of your medical game. The online portal is also very informative. I personally give Doctor Jeffrey Gottfried, 5 stars any day of the week. You won't be disappointed.

As part of the Steward Medical Group, I had to see Dr. Gottfried instead of my usual Dr. for a follow-up to an emergency room visit, I was familiar with him because he's my wife's primary physician. We had a comprehensive visit and got referrals for ENT, cardiologist, neurologist, etc... Reviewed meds and evaluated the condition. Avery pleasant experience.

Had a very thorough visit, identified and changed meds as needed, discussed expectations that needed to addressed prior to next visit. Addressed lab work requirements, and scheduled next visit. Left with no questions left unanswered.

Dr. Gottfried is very caring and compassionate, he takes time to understand your problem and does what is necessary to bring healing. I would highly recommend him.
