He is the best
Don't understand the negative reviews. I found Dr Harrison to be friendly, knowledgeable and a great surgeon. I was not rushed at all. Doesn't rush to surgery, very conservative treatment first.

My option for any joint issues you have.
I have had both shoulders and 1 knee fixed bye him. I wouldn’t go anywhere else or see any other orthopedic surgeon. My surgery went perfect! His office help is so kind, proficient, and cheerful! His bedside manner couldn’t be better. He is very knowledgeable, caring , and optimistic. I would trust him with my referrals to him and his stuff any day of the week.

I would not recommend. He's probably a good surgeon, not a great doc. I had a grade 5 AC separation, which I'm sure is routine for him. Visit was to reshoot x-rays that were previously done and recommend surgery as soon as possible. No physical examination or evaluation other than the imagery by him or assisting staff. Options discussed were all or nothing - surgery or no surgery - with a bias towards surgery. There were no comparisons of different surgical options and not much on non-surgical treatments. The second opinion I got presented all options and helped me make an informed decision in a logical manner - completely different experience.

As a surgeon I cant fault him. The credentials are impressive. The knee procedure SEEMED ok. But as a "healer"....not so much. I spent 35 mins waiting for him, he breezed in, spent less than 5 minutes, and left before I could ask any questions or express my concerns. I'm still having pain/issues. Maybe it's normal, but how would I know? I am, with great regret, advising caution when selecting him. He came highly recommend; I, unfortunately, would not do the same.

I drive from Am. Fork (60 Miles) to see Dr. Harrison. I wouldn’t go anywhere else or see any other orthopedic surgeon. My surgery went perfect! His office help is so kind, proficient, and cheerful! His waiting time is minimal. His bedside manner couldn’t be better. He is very knowledgeable, caring , and optimistic. He even saw me in between surgeries because of my scheduling difficulties. Also a beautiful, new office. Excellent! Couldn’t be happier! Highly recommended! ????

Horrible visit. Basically told me nothing he can do. I have horrible knee pain and he has nothing to help. Not worth time or money. Find another doctor.

Compassionate advocate for me, but was not comfortable performing a procedure I needed. Referred me to a horrible colleague for treatment, wished I could have stuck with Dr. Harrison instead. My impression is that he is confident, able with diagnosis, easy to talk to, well educated, experienced, but short on time. I recommend him.
