Awful
Do not go to this doctor. I went for a minor procedure and was not told of the risks of the procedure ahead of time. I'm left with permanently worse vision, with starbursts and halos at night. When I asked of the potential risks prior to the procedure I was definitively told "there are none". He also tried to prescribe me something for dry eye without doing any tests.

I saw him for a swollen, red eyelid. He did a very comprehensive exam and gave me eye drops that cured my problem quickly. He had me come in for a follow up, and told me how to handle any future flare ups, should they occur. Thank you Dr. Healey!

The antibiotics he prescribed for my eye had harsh side effects that nearly sent me to the ER for the night; in terms of support, there was none whatsoever. I now have hives all over my body, no appetite and no desire to ever set foot in his office.
