I highly recommend Dr. Herz he was direct and to the point evaluating my condition. He formulated a plan after diagnosising the problems to be addressed. One situation at a time was evaluated and taken care of, over a two year period I followed his directions understanding my options in each step toward a successful outcome. Dr. herz was professional, empathetic and most importantly diagnosed my problems with accuracy. The office staff the best! Thank you, Mike Lyons

Terrible experience! and terrible follow up... billing problems never resolved and still they are trying to collect $30 for a co-pay that was paid at the time of "services" rendered... oh and the receptionist was pretty much as useless as the Dr.!

The doctor was great. His receptionist is another story.... if you go make sure to take cash and OVER PAY THEM so they OWE you money not the other way around!!! Or Kathy will call you, harass you and leave rude messages, and then call you a liar when you tell them you had a family emergency and then threaten to go to your employer to blemish your record!! Dr. Herz should really consider discussing these issues with his staff, because after this, because of her, he will not see my family again!!!

Gentle, thorough and competent

Dr. Jeff Herz takes the time to listen and prescribe the appropriate tests to evaluate my medical situations, I did not feel rushed. He is very knowledgeable with many years of experience and explains in easy to understand terms. His assistant/ receptionist goes the 'extra mile' to help set up the necessary tests, referrals and explaining details, she is extremley helpful. Making appointments is quick and easy, my appointments have always been on time. I highly recommend Dr. Herz.

I recently had Surgery for a Hydrocele after an initial consultation with Dr Herz,Having never had Surgery before I was understandably Apprehensive,Dr Herz explained all my options in detail and also said whilst it won't get any smaller it's not life threatening should I choose not to have the Surgery,I found his honest no pressure approach quite comforting.I decided to have the Procedure and was admitted within 2 weeks of that decision.Everything Dr Herz had said about the Surgery was on point.

Beginning a relationship with any doctor is always very formal, with Dr. Herz it was no different. Once the interactions/diagnosis was determined and I was convinced that my situation needed more intensive treatment, our interactions became less formal. Since my problem was solved, we have become far less formal and we talk about what is going on in each other's lives because I'm truly interested in what he and his family are doing, and he gives me advice to make my life better has I go on.

He took care of my grandmother. Without his fast acting care, she would not be here today.

I am an advocate for my father who has been under Dr. Herz' care for many years. Last year, my father went through a decline and I began attending appointments with him after a stay in the hospital and a close call. Dr. Herz was amazing and took great care of my father. He listened to my fathers wants and needs and chose to follow a route that gave my father the best quality of life. We had the most ideal results possible and my father could not be happier. We are very grateful for Dr. Herz!

Dr. Herz has been my Urologist for almost 10 years. I have complete confidence in his decisions and opinions.

I met Dr Herz in the hospital. He answered my questions, explained the test I would need and then met me in his office to follow up. He then explained the option available to me and listened about my concerns. His staff was friendly and listened to me about my scheduling issues and accommodated me. I will continue to see Dr Herz to resolve my medical issues.

Staff is unfriendly, talks over me-I could not get a question out. Bleh
