Terrible time with Javerbaum's appointment staff
Horrible experience, again. I tried to make an appointment by calling his office. I have worked for hospitals on an executive level and in my opinion they just don't have it together. My husband received a referral from his general practitioner and we have tried to call several times, including today at 10:45 and his receptionist said we cannot make the appointment--this is after they told us to re-fax the referral and they would be happy to do so. We complied, even though they had lost the first referral.

Worst neurologist ever if you have any epilepsy issues or seizure issues, please I beg you do not see this man he will first of all tell you it is all in your head even with a video showing a 12 minute seizure. I’ve had seizures since I was 17 and epilepsy runs in both sides of my family, this man didn’t believe me he didn’t even have testing done to me didn’t give me any medication‘s after I told him he reviewed old medical records and told me that’s what he went off at, after visiting him I suffer still daily for my life I have 1 to 2 seizures a day. My last seizure was over 12 minutes long. EMTs came and assist me and told me I have focal awareness seizures which are part of epilepsy. I am suffering daily for my life to see the next neurologist to help me I beg anybody and everybody who is recommended or told to see this man to not do it he will let you suffer longer until you see the right doctor. Remember, every doctor and nurse took an oath to help people as well as not turn away or down people symptoms no one should be told That it’s all in their head I even contacted the medical board about him as well as medical lawyers. There should be harsh consequences for doctors who don’t uphold their oath they take as well as take seriously the conditions of their patients. No patient should be gaslighted.

Excellent doctor. Takes time to listen to me, very caring, excellent interpersonal skills. Seems to have seen everything in his years of practice, very thoughtful, super intelligent, complete. Felt reassured. Knew I was getting the best care and that he'd do all possible to help my problem. Feel so lucky I found him!

She is not professional. Every time we went, she made us wait 1 hour and never apologized. Why don't they just make patients come 1 hour late? Then no one complains. She thinks her time is most valuable but no one else's.

Dr Javerbaum has been my neurologist for 20years. I have a very complicated neurology, from the after effects of a removed spinal cord tumor. He always gave me 100% of his attention, and looked into all of my issues, always remembers my family and asks my how every part of my life is going. Looks at things from every side.
