I thought he was a good doctor BUT when I decided to have a surgical procedure done by Dr. Kass, he said he would make the arrangements and get back to me but he never did. I called the office 3 times to find out the status but he never bothered to respond. He just totally blew me off. Extremely unprofessional!!

First visit kept complaining about not being able to get a parking spot and putting the blame on my not having a garage in the back, etc. He couldn't wait to leave. Had to push calling my Pharmacist for prescription, etc. who is only across the street from me. Kass wanted to wait for the next morning instead. Said he would be back the next Monday. Never called. Had trouble getting back with him. He finally said that he would be here on the 24th. Never called to say when he was coming. Never showed up and didn't even call. He keeps coming up with excuses rather then take responsibility for keeping agreements.

The experience i had with Dr Kass is really unbelievable, his Diagnosis the way he treated me was just Unbelievable, i would recommend him to anyone in the Country who’s looking for a Podiatrist to make an appointment with him.
