Dr. Knabe and his entire staff were so caring, thoughtful and informative. Dr. Knabe came highly recommended from friends for his excellence for surgery, but he is also excellent in His care of patients as well.

I visited with Dr. Knabe, was referred to a Neurologist to perform a nerve study which determined I needed Carpal Tunnel and Cubital Tunnel surgeries.Dr. Knabe performed both Carpal and Cubital Tunnel surgeries. I have not felt any pain from either surgery.The surgical center staff at Seton Hospital - Round Rock, TX. was excellent in keeping me informed and being very attentive to my needs before and after surgery.Dr. Knabe even called me the day after surgery to check on my well being. Fantastic Doctor and Surgeon who cares about his patients!

Dr. Knabe and all of his staff were great. They understood how nervous I was and they were so nice and even had me laughing.

After getting several recommendations, I took my teenage son to Dr. Knabe for a broken finger. Dr. K and his staff were wonderful! When I called to make an appointment, the receptionist went above and beyond to get my son in to see the doctor as soon as possible. Upon arriving at the appointment, everyone was friendly and professional (receptionist, X-ray tech, nurse, Dr. K). They were on time with almost no wait. My son and I both felt very comfortable, and really appreciated the time Dr. K took to explain the diagnosis and treatment plan. Dr. K and his entire team provided excellent care. I would definitely recommend Dr. Knabe and his staff!

I came in bc I have a couple fingers that are getting stuck and it was diagnosed as trigger finger on one and starting of two more.The cmc joint in swollen and sore.. The cmc joint has been a few years and the fingers several weeks of not being able to use my hand. Dr Knabe and I discussed options. He explained them thoroughly and We decided to try steroid injections. He said What he was doing and I had zero pain. That was 4 days ago and it has already started improving. He’s awesome!!!

Was referred by another orthopedic doctor because of severe problems involving my hands. Dr Knabe (and the entire staff) provided professional informed treatment. Dr Knabe did a thorough examination, followed by information about the diagnosed conditions, answered all of my questions, and provided a treatment plan. Very pleased with my visit. Very professional and very caring. Talked to me and explained what was going on with my thumb joint, and even took the time to show me my x-rays. He went through all of my options and actually LISTENED to me as well. Awesome!

Do not use Seton Family of Doctors if you have anything other than the simplest insurance. The insurance billing staff does not seem to understand how to do anything but very basic billing, and is most unhelpful, unpleasant, unskilled, and rude. My husband went to see Dr. J Knabe, from the Seton Family of Doctors in January, 2019. As we have insurance coverage from 3 companies, all of the cost is normally covered. We are very clear about giving the doctor’s staff all of the insurance info and the proper order right up front, as was done in this case. In May, July, and Aug. we got bills for the balance after the first 2 insurances had processed the claim. I called the doctor's insurance billing number 3 times and asked to speak to a supervisor 5 times. and was denied. Dominique said insurance was billed and that's all she could do. I replied that there was obviously some problem. She was very belligerent put me on hold and never came back on the line. After 20 min. I hung up.

I highly recommend Dr. Knabe. My husband needed care for carpal tunnel syndrome and Dr. Knabe was able to get him in quickly; and he was compassionate and highly competent.

Dr. Knabe really helped me out when I got an infection in my finger. He and his staff are very kind and comforting. He did a great job of making sure I was taken care of and explained everything to me in terms I could understand. I would highly recommend Dr. Knabe.

So impressed with this doctor. I have very bad arthritis in my hands, especially my thumbs. He gives me shots in my thumb joints. He is very gentle & talented. I would not be able to keep work in if not for him. I trust him completely. When the time comes I will be using him for my joint replacement. I have all the trust in the world in him!
