Dr. Jeffrey Kugler, MD

Dr. Kugler is an amazing surgeon. I was in an accident and suffered a complete tear of my rotor cup. I lost use of my arm. Dr. Kugler repaired the damage and a year later it's like I never injured my shoulder. I have complete use of my arm and full rotation. He explained everything and answered all my questions before and after surgery. His skill and bedside manner is outstanding. I highly recommend him. Also, his staff were amazing and kind.

This was the first doctor that actually went over the MRI and showed what he was seeing. He took the time to explain and educate and recommend options for treatment. Did not seem rushed. Friendly staff and great follow-up.

Dr. Kugler was fine. Never remembered who I was. His Physician Assistant was amazing. I had surgery at his surgery center and I have PTSD from the experience. The worst experience of my life. They were running behind and after my surgery they did not offer any comfort, water, empathy, etc. I had shoulder surgery and woke up with a numb arm and had to ask for a sling. I heard them Talking about how upset they were that the surgeries ran long because of the traffic they would face. My husband had a medical situation and wasn’t able to pick me up pick me up so I had to call my friends and they weren’t able to make it right away. They basically wheeled me into the lobby and had me wait for my friends. There was one time nurse who waited with me. It was the worst nightmare I couldn’t even imagine. The only reason why I went to him is because my lawyer sent me there. A complete racket. I was in an open room after surgery listening to other patients screaming in pain. Awful

Treats you like you're wasting his precious time. Doesn't bother to look at your file and runs out of the visit before you can ask a question. One of the worst doctors I've ever seen .

In 2014 Dr Kugler did two knee replacement surgeries on me. He was very honest and explained everything to me and my wife. I did all the therapy he recommended to me and i am doing great. I would highly recommend him. He may be tough with you but in the end you will be glad he was! I have had no problems what so ever! I go once a year for a checkup and never have i had a problem.

Waste of your time. Don't go to him, he doesn't care about you, he won't listen to what you have to say. And you'll waste your money. He knew what was wrong with my back and didn't tell me everything from looking on my MRI review..I had to find out from a different doctor to get my full results...so disappointing

My surgery went well staff took care of me so good there were on my bedside until I discharge and keep calling checking on how iam doing thanks you to every one

I tore my meniscus and went to see Dr. Kugler. He stood in the doorway and told me I didn't need surgery. He never looked at my leg or examined me. He never looked at my MRI disc. He just told me to go for physical therapy. Total time spent with me about 3 minutes. Turned out I did need surgery, but of course found a much better doctor. This guy is a sorry excuse for a doctor. Find someone else.

My husband broke his hip in an accident... he was forced to wait 5 days under sedation for repair... when it was repaired by Dr. Kugler - it was crooked. His leg had an awkward angle to it, he was in pain - even when he tried to sleep. He was told that it was so damaged - that was the best that could be done when he had to replaced the hip. 3 years later we had to see a different doctor - he replaced the dr. kugler's work and he is SO MUCH BETTER!

Dr. Kugler is incredible! I had a torn meniscus and partially torn ACL and petella tendon and the The whole surgical team and nursing staff with Dr.Kugler is also incredible. I was really surprised when Dr. Kugler called me after my surgery to see how I was doing. He truly cares about his patients. I will be recommending Dr.Kugler to all of my friends and family! Very thankful to him and his team. I have another scheduled with Dr.Kugler I will never go to another surgeon!

I had a total Knee replacement by Dr Kugler, he is an excellent surgeon, I am so please and happy with the results. In 3 months he will do my other knee. My overall experience was very good, he is a gentle teddy bear. Thank you Dr Kugler for your nice care. Mercedes

I am 57 years old. I have never seen in my life an anti professional doctor as DR. Kugler.. He is very rude with his patience, he does not tell a patience what the problem. I went to see him for a knee pain. he told me to get and injection, and told the nurse if she decides it let me know, without any explication about it and without let me ask him some question that I told him that I would like to ask him. I will never recommended him. He does not have any Medical Ethic.

i had minicus surgery Dr Kugler did a very good job on my knee. He also did my acl on my other knee 12 yrs ago.
