I started seeing Dr. Lipper several years ago when my nagging cough would not quit. Turns out that I have the onset of COPD. Dr. Lipper is patient and listens to your concerns. He makes you feel comfortable. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat.

I have gone to Dr. Lipper for 19 years on a regular basis as I have severe COPD. He is kind, understanding, informative & knowledgeable. I highly recommend him for anyone with any lung condition.
