Dr. Jeffrey Loh understands pain. He is a renown Anesthesiologist: Fellowship trained at UCLA, Licensed and Board Certified in Pain Management in Honolulu, HI. Most importantly, he treats each patient with compassion, empathy and respect in finding the best treatment for your unique, individual pain. After multiple orthopedic surgeries and sports injuries, he focused on assisting me to return to the sports that I enjoy and an active island lifestyle using a combination of oral medication, topical gels, physical exercise modalities and corticosteroid injections. No matter what caused your original pain, or how long you have had it; he will work with you until you are able to cope better. He is going to be there side-by -side and never, ever give up on minimizing or totally eradicating that menacing chronic pain. My husband has been seeing Dr. Loh for some years now and from the get go, he has given his professional expertise and treatment that is surely noteworthy. We cannot thank him enough for the treatment he provides to my husband Bruce and the advice he gives to give my husband a better quality of life. Dr. Loh is amazing! He is exceedingly efficient, responsive and considerate. He does everything he can to relieve my pain. And has had excellent success. He is also usually early which is unusual for doctors, hence the "efficiency" comment. I only wish the insurance did not require so many delays. Dr. Loh was recommended by a friend and I am so glad she did. Don't expect him to be smiley and chatty. He is not. He is busy and exacting and ultimately I am not looking for a buddy, I need his skills. Aloha

"Doctor" Loh must not have taken seriously the Hippocratic Oath. He is cold and arrogant and if he thinks you are questioning his advice he will turn on you and will not want anything to do with you. He, obviously, was not raised in the local culture and the spirit of "aloha" is a foreign concept to him. Totally lacking in empathy, understanding, reasonableness and patience. He may be a good "doctor" but his lack of humanity is a turn-off. If this is the kind of doctor you want, go for it.

Dr. Loh is my hero! I've been suffering with lower back pain for months, been to so many doctors, specialists, done so many tests and even physical therapy. When I went to my first appointment with him, I could see he knew what he was doing, and felt that he seemed very concerned and caring! What I appreciated about him, he took my calls and I didn't feel ignored. Most doctors don't get back to you! I would definitely recommend Dr. Loh to my family and friends, he's the BEST! About 9 months ago, I had pain from back down to knee area. used walker and cane. It took one injection by Dr. Loh and I walked out of Queens almost pain free. Pain hasn't returned since. About 3 months ago saw Dr. Loh for arm pain from a flu shot. Unable to lift arm high. One injection procedure and pain reduced by 90 percent. I can lift my arm again. Highly recommend Dr. Loh for pain problems.
