Please reconsider if your loved one needs a neurologist for dementia. We have seen Dr. Mallin for over 7 years for my mothers treatment of dementia. As a family caregiver I was extremely disappointed when her treatment was suddenly halted because we could no longer bring her into the office for appointments. I wasn’t even offered a phone contact. I found this to be very disturbing especially when others in my support group were getting weekly calls with their physicians and able to ask questions concerning the best ways to offer support and care for a loved one in grave distress. Make sure your physician will stay with the family until the inevitable end. I wish I would have known this before I experienced it.

Great doctor, terrible parking
Great doctor, terrible parking. He has been seeing my mom after her stroke for years, is a terrific doctor. Parking at the office has become a nightmare, easier to find a parking spot in Manhattan.
