I thought Dr McKenna was very nice. He listened well and diligently explained what tests he proposed and why. He explained his recommendations and what I could reasonably expect.

Dr. Mckenna is very efficient very helpful and most of all very pleasant. Never rushes if you have questions to ask. Been seeing him for many years and he’s number one in my books.

I showed up early for my appointment with this Dr. After waiting for 15 minutes I respectfully asked the Receptionist how much longer it might be until I saw the Dr.She said she wasn't sure so I inquired whether it might be more than 20-30 minutes. She told me there was 1 patient ahead of me in the waiting room and 2 already in the examining rooms so it would likely be more than an hour. I had an upcoming call so that wasn't viable. I asked to reschedule and was told the next appointment was not for FOUR months. I later spoke to the Office Mgr. who said that's just the way this Dr. operates. I've been fortunate to see some GREAT Drs and not a single one of them ever expected me to wait an hour when I'm on time for an appointment.If I was an hour late, I wouldn't get to see him but he expects me to wait an hour?That is just blatant disrespect for me and my time. Good for him that he can get away with this garbage but he won't do it on my time.

Dr McKenna and his staff are very accommodating, caring professionals. He always is very clear and caring.

Very personable, easy to talk to and feel comfortable discussing problems. He was active in the examination of ear nose and throat examsHearing test was thoroughly explained as well as somethings to do to address a few problems

Outstanding provider. Dr. McKenna is highly skilled/trained, but has a unique ability to explain procedures and treatments so that patients understand. He also displays care and compassion.

Dr. McKenna is expert in his field. I trust him implicitly! If he runs behind schedule, it is because he cares and takes time with each patient. He is in high demand because of his expertise and because those of us who are fortunate to have him for a doctor know he cares!

I've been to Dr. McKenna about an esophogeal issue for more than five years. He helps me immensely and when it was time for me to get my husband to see about hearing loss, Dr. McKenna didn't hesitate to let me make the appointment for both of us to put my husband at ease. HIs knowledge, skill, winning style and all-around good guy approach to everybody makes this man a prince! My oh, so reluctant husband was made to feel valued, cared for and is following up with Dr. McKenna's associate on getting himself fitted with hearing aids. We are so gratedful!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. McKenna and his staff. I came into the office for sudden onset of hearing loss. Throughout the time I was being treated they were prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. Dr. McKenna thoroughly explained to me what was going on to put me at ease. His diagnosis and treatment was spot on, thankfully, and my hearing is restored to its baseline. I'm so grateful to him and his staff. Highly recommended.

McKenna is experienced and professional. I have never felt rushed during an appointment and he always takes the time to make sure my questions and concerns are addressed. His bedside manner is warm and caring. He was also my surgeon for Turbinate reduction and Eustachian tube expansion. Surgery went great and I am no longer a mouth breather at night!!! My wife doesn't even know him and loves him. :)

I have been seeing Dr McKenna for approximately a year now. I have Sinus problems and have been to several ENT’s throughout Phoenix in the past 20 years - all being huge disappointments! I was referred to Dr McKenna and decided to give it one more try. Boy am I glad I did! Not only is he personable and concise, he actually listens to what you’re saying, asks questions and reads your History! In my opinion (as well as many others) Dr McKenna is “THE BEST” in his field. I will never go to anyone else ! I had to share how Wonderful Dr Jeffrey McKenna truly is …. even if I have to wait longer to schedule an appointment with him.

Dr. Jeffrey McKenna is the best. He's friendly, communicative, professional, empathetic & thorough. Explains procedures in detail so you are prepared for what you are about to experience. Then he reviews the procedure & findings with you. Wish all Drs were like him!

Dr. McKenna doesn't any respect for your time. Expect a long waiting although you have an appointment.

Dr. McKenna is very much in demand, so the wait for an appt can take awhile, but it's worth it. He is thorough and kind. I would definitely recommend him.

Dr. McKenna is very thorough, very friendly, and very easy to talk with. He listens REALLY well and genuinely cares about his patients. My husband was also a patient of Dr. McKenna's and underwent turbinate reduction surgery under his care. It changed our lives! I highly recommend Dr. McKenna and his colleagues, as well. It's a well-run, top-notch practice.
