I felt rushed and feel like he didnt quite listen to all my problems. He had too many Medical assistants and did not give me enough attention as a patient. He seemed nice but too hurried, dont know why , his office was not full that day.

I was his patient several years ago! Very pleased with himself! I felt like he insulted my intelligence by asking me to come in every 3 months to check my blood pressure before renewing my prescription. He said “he treated all patients the same.” I don’t believe all of his patients had the same condition. Sorry but I would never recommend him.

Have been seeing Dr. Jeff for about 3 years now. Always an amazing visit and feel confident after seeing him. Thankful to have found an amazing doctor who is kind and caring and not one who is scared to tell you how it is!!!

Not a good doctor. He has no bedside manners. He’s a fast talker and doesn’t give his patients a chance to explain what is going on. He treats his patients like cattle. Get them in and get them out. The more he can charge the insurance then the more money he makes. Don’t go to this doctor if you want thorough care by a professional. A professional.....he is not!

I have been a patient of Dr. Owen for about a year and have only been able to get in to see him about 3 times. Office staff is very uncaring, and rude. Several times I called very sick, and they just cut me off with "we're booked" I have called in prescription refills to the pharmacy several times, and the office hasn't ever answered the pharmacy after repeated attempts, until I call the office and they tell me the meds will not be refilled until I come in for a visit. EVERYTIME I need a refill.

My parents are his patients and I have never been treated with such disrespect as to our concerns for my Mothers health and well being. He didnt listen to any of the issues we are experiencing with her dimentia or failing health. Just told us it was probably time to put her in a nursing home. This was after waiting 2 hours after our appt time to see him. This is the most disrespectful so called dr I have ever seen. Shouldnt be practicing medicine. Especially the elderly.

Been a patient for 3 yrs. His father was my ob/gyn and I loved having him as my doctor. Unlike the previous viewer, I have always been impressed at the amount of eye contact Dr. Jeff Owen always demonstrates and never feel rushed while there. He always treats me with respect. Wait times can be bad. Recently I have noticed that it's difficult to get an appointment when sick. Frustrated because I've left several messages during office hours & never get a reply. May be time for me to go elsewhere

Dr. Owen was my PCP for one year with approximately 4 visits to his office. I'm sure Dr. Owen is a nice person, but his time management is awful...or perhaps it's his "bedside manner." Not once during any of my visits did Dr. Owen sit down and look at me. He was constantly moving about the room from the computer to a clip board to folders & back again. Very hard to talk to...I always felt rushed. Without eye contact & hardly a word spoken, as his patient, I was sure he knew nothing about me .

Required me to go in for a repeat lab test which I could have easily done in a lab, I even asked “can’t I just have drawn in lab?” This would have saved me time and money! I was under the impression I would only pay a co-pay! NO, was charged an enormous amount for a simple cholesterol recheck!! I dont have much to say regarding Dr. Owen, I have only seen him twice for a total of about 12 minutes... I will definitely be changing my PCP to someone who cares!

The Owens family have a great Medical reputation, but the office staff is horrible. Two mistakes were made and the most important one was a wrong order for an ultrasound. When called to questions what happened and why, the reply was we are human we can make mistakes. HOLD up in the medical profession mistake can be the result of life or death. Dr. Jeffrey may need to revaluate his staff and there competency as they are providing a very awful experience to patients.
