Front Desk Lady Awful- Dr. Pinsk Amazing.
I really like Dr. Pinsk himself but the one front desk lady is so rude and annoying. She always has an attitude. I dread calling there and talking to her or seeing her/checking me in when I have an appointment. She hung up on me when I was trying to question something about my bill- she was getting audibly irritated with me, but she wasn't even understanding what I was saying. I also got frustrated and talked over her, then she hung up with 'You can call the billing service'. Which, I already did but billing service needed clarification on something the front desk said- that's why I was calling them back. The person from billing was also rude and not listening to what I was saying. Maybe I'm bad at explaining, but I literally scripted out what I was going to say, and thought it hit every point. As I said, always dread seeing or talking to that front desk lady, this wasn't the only unpleasant encounter. Don't know her name though. It's a shame because Dr. Pinsk is so great.

Secretary is NOT a doctor.
Secretary has interfered with my care three times already. I am at an age now that I can't trust a physician's practice that allows a secretary to make decisions about my healthcare. When I call a doctor's office to ask a question, I do not expect a secretary to give her unsolicited opinion about my concerns. Three times in the last year the same secretary has refused to relay my question to the doctor based on what she believes is her extensive knowledge of the medical world. I only have two Bachelor's degrees and a Master's degree from Villanova University and twelve years experience in the health insurance industry, so I know she must know a lot more about medical practices than myself. I wouldn't dare think that I could make a decision about a patient's concern before first consulting with the doctor. I'm done. Three strikes and you're out!

Great Doctor!
Dr. Pinsk has been my doctor for 13 years. He is the best I've ever had--and that goes back over 65 years! He cares for people, and he obviously enjoys his role as a family physician. With his decades of experience, Dr. Pinsk brings a lot of value in diagnosing illnesses and knowing the best paths of treatment. He is a great listener, and he does indeed use a holistic approach to medicine. He looks beyond treating symptoms to the root cause of problems---which often can be emotional or suppressed feelings. As a senior citizen, it is especially important to have a "seasoned" doctor who understands the common ailments of older patients. I also must say I appreciate PA Brian Hancox's service over the last few years. He has advanced his knowledge tremendously. He is meticulous in fact-finding, and he is wise in his medical advice. Thanks to Dr. Pinsk and his entire staff for all their help through the years!

I Love Dr. Pinsk and the more our family gets to know him the better. He REALLY takes time to listen and he really is understanding, empathetic and compassionate. His staff makes you feel like family. He has so much knowledge and I am so impressed he helped our 1 daughter (out of our 5 children) who was really struggling, she saw many Dr.'s , 2 different Therapists, and even a psychiatrist that could not help what she was struggling with, and He Nailed it after LISTENING to her to get to the root and the 1st medication he tried with her she felt so much better. I am so grateful he is like a FULL functional medicine ~mixing eastern and western medicine and natural herbs. We could not be happier with his practice. He is an absolute BLESSING to our Family. I have been through a lot in my life and I feel like he is the 1st Dr. I have seen that actually REALLY cares. He doesn't rush you in and out. He is patient. I am happy we were BLESSED to find him.

Dr. Pinsk is a wonderful Personal Physician. He is caring and intelligent. He spends as much time with you as you need. He doesn’t need a computer to help him. I’m fortunate to have been referred to him. His PA Brian is wonderful as well. Dr. Pinsk’s staff is friendly and helpful.

I am ultimately always the person in charge of decisions made regarding my healthcare. Most times there will be "gray" areas. Dr Pinsk is the VERY best resource I can have to assist me in making that best decision. He will go every single last mile with me until we achieve the best result for me. I am highly particular and can not recommend this particular doctor higher. I'm one lucky patient! Maria

Leaving a voicemail that you might have cancer on a Friday afternoon just before you leave the office seems the most inconsiderate of acts. I'm sure it wasn't intention but he should have realized the alarm that it caused and then we couldn't speak to anyone because he left the office - for the weekend. Thankfully the PA did call us back when we called the answering service and he was patient to answer all questions. Also the office staff can't seem to figure out how to run an office: they say they left messages when they didn't, gave us test results that were inaccurate, made us come in for a visit to get an preauth number then said we didn't really need to, and so on...

Things started well, but no more. In the past I got test results with explanations the next day. Now I have to call and get little to no info. Last visit they missed something. I came back and, again, had to called for results. They said they had called me. I hadn’t spoken to anyone & had no voice mails. Instead of ‘sorry’, they argued & inferred I was lying. But, lol, no one knew who called. No online access. He doesn’t do call backs. On hold immediately. Too many negatives. Just go elsewhere.

I have been seeing doctors for 4 years for my problem. It took Dr Pinsk about 5 minutes to make the correct diagnosis . At this point the only thing that can be done is manage the pain. I looked up the diagnosis and treatment on the Mayo Clinic website. Things could have gone a lot better with early diagnosis and treatment.
